Very easy check-in procedure. Good location in the old town with walking distance. A lot of restaurants just around the corner. Friendly staff that sent an email of recommended locations for breakfast/lunch/dinner. All in all, perfect for an overnight stay for a family.

A decent sized, comfortable room within walking distance of the station. Room was really quiet but adjacent piazza has food/bar so very convenient. Breakfast left in room was fine if basic, fridge provided. Would stay here again on a visit to Pisa.

The entire place was spotless and gorgeous with marble floors. Loved the quiet space and secluded entry. Felt very safe staying there.

Beautiful building in a quaint Tuscan neighbor. It was an easy evening walk to the tower with many options for wine, dinner and shopping until after 10 pm.
We found a sweet tavern with music and great wine. In the morning we overlooked an open market.
The owner responded quickly to our text messages. Thank you!

Super nice property!
Pretty property. Great communication on how to get into the house, but had to make several attempts at scanning the QR code and entering the password. Seems like there had to be right at the front door in order to get the Wi-Fi to work.
Once we got in the property was beautiful and our room was extremely clean and comfortable.
It’s hard to call what’s left in the room at breakfast, but the coffee was good and the yogurt and fresh fruit were wonderful. We passed on the “pastries“😉

Amazing Pisa stay!
Amazing stay. We got the room early so we could drop our bags and rest a little before going back to visit the Pisa museums. Water, fruit and snack were provided. The lobby/lounge is comfortable and allowed for us to make coffee/tea. B&B located on the way between train station and the Pisa tower and central to great restaurants.

Great find
Another great stay here. Stayed here last year and thought it was so good I came back. Can’t fault the location or room. Loved the complimentary breakfast fruit yogurt and pastries. Clean and easy to check in and out.

What a nice place to stay in central Pisa! It doesn't look much from outside, but as soon as you pass through the front door you find that you're in a quiet cool oasis (note: there is quite a long flight of stairs up to the rooms - no lift - so not great for those with mobility issues).
Our room was spacious and comfortable and, despite overlooking a small square with restaurants, very quiet at night (there's quad-glazing on the window). You can order breakfast, or just enjoy the snacks left for us in the room. There's a microwave and drink making set-up in the lounge which was very handy.
The owners are friendly and helpful and were happy for us to leave our luggage for a few hours on the last day.
Staff are on site only in the mornings, and initially we were a bit sceptical about the entry/check in process (done with a QR code online), but it all worked flawlessly.
We would happily stay here again if we visit Pisa in the future :-)

Great location right in the centre and even though everything is handled remotely the communication and tips from the owners is excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Beyond five stars! The communication was fantastic , the room gorgeous and amazing. The check in process was so simple and easy. Loved the little piazza the hotel sits in. Extremely nice merchants. I actually wish I was staying here longer! Grazie Mille
