The room was comfortable, the standard room was large and clean, and they responded to messages quickly.

Smooth check in &out
But..
Not clean enough
No bathroom amenities
Old worn-out furniture
Only two pillows and the bath towels were really rough and frayed
The A/C has not been serviced/cleaned musty smell when cool was on
Overall an OK stay
There are definitely better options for the same budget

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Close to the most important attractions in Florence. I have to point out something very serious: COCKROACHES IN THE SHOWER!!!!!

stayed here for one night in the middle of june as a solo traveller. i stayed in the city view room, which was immaculate. there was a fan on when i arrived which kept it cool. there was a mini breakfast in the room and then more in the communal area that was free to use. Andrea the host replied fast to messages and everything was very well organised. this was an incredible value for money, and i will recommend to anyone who asks.

The landlord is very enthusiastic. There are small refreshments in the common room and in the room. Any problems will be solved in time. The room is very cozy and even has a small balcony. It is generally clean and is cleaned every day. Unfortunately, the bath towels are not changed every day (it seems to be changed every three days).

Quiet. Nice shower but didnt stay in the room much. Easy to get hold of owner

The place was quite new.
About 15-20mins walking from train station.
They prepared breakfast and coffee in the room.
Many mosquitoes in the room even in the bathroom.
The shower was weak.
Maybe it’s the last traveler, sadly we found bed bugs😖 Can’t sleep at the night 😩
