Great location. Easy walk to the city centre. Good breakfast if you don't have dietary restrictions. Clean rooms and well stocked bathroom. Note that the hotel is on the 3rd floor. There isn't an elevator. There are 30 steps. The only negative remark I can make about this otherwise charming facility is that the room is cold. It warms up a bit during the day but that's when you're out. Keep in mind that we stayed there the 1st week of October. The room gas sn A/C so you'll be just fine in the summer months.

This is a great location for seeing the sights. It was an easy walk to the Ponte Veccicho bridge and surrounding areas. It is a classic hotel in Florence and very basic. The staff was very helpful and gave some great insight to the area. We enjoyed the breakfast there was a nice selection of items.

We stayed at the Home in Florence B & B for three days and enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and very spacious and well furnished. The B & B offered a great breakfast, efficient service, and a friendly atmosphere. The breakfast included cereals, eggs, yoghurt, cakes, coffee and tea, juice, jams and butter, cold meats and cheese, croissants. Coffee and tea with cake, as well as drinking water were available all day which was really wonderful. Great location and very close to all major sights. We had to walk up many stairs to the first floor, but we managed well. For older people and those with mobility issues that would be very difficult. Otherwise this is a wonderful hotel and we would highly recommend it.

This was a surprisingly good place to stay. From start to finish I felt comfortable. Gulia was awesome and she recommended all the must see places when in Florence. I can’t recommend this place enough. Oh and the breakfast was yummy and beautiful, literally everything we wanted they had it. Definitely we will stay again when we come back to Florence.

Lovely room, furnished in traditional furniture with everything you could want. Fridge, ample toiletries, clean towels, spotlessly clean room. Right next to the breakfast room but very quiet at all times. Wonderful location on quiet street in Santo Spirito area close to Boboli Gardens &:Pitti Palace and stroll to all the other areas. Walkable from the train station in 15 mins. Breakfast had everything you could want, including the best pastries ever…. Very helpful lady around daytime. I would be happy to stay there again.

Great location, comfort room, clean bathroom. Good breakfast and friendly staff!! It was a good choice near Ponte Vecchia, Gallerie Academie.. Great restaurants really close. Sonia was very helpful and helped us finding the most important churchs to see.

Absolutely gorgeous b&b in a great location only a short walk from the main tourist areas.The hosts were extremely helpful and our room was spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend.

This was our first trip to Italy and first Bed and Breakfast, so at first glance it was different from the hotels we were used too but we quickly realized it was for the best! We stayed for two nights and we realized this was a fantastic location, with beautiful rooms in a classic Florentine building, and the staff was incredibly helpful and took their time with us giving us their local recommendations and making sure we enjoyed our stay! We’d stay again and

Great base for exploring Florence
Loved our 4 night stay here. We thought the location was great - not too touristy so felt more like a local. Lots of interesting bars and restaurants around Santo Spirito and less than 10mins from Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio. The two ladies who run it were very friendly and helpful. Spacious room, comfortable bed, decent shower and really appreciated the great coffee available at all hours. Would definitely stay again.
