+) The staff was super friendly and helpful and made the stay a lot better experience. The breakfast was nice, coffee was great, tho the breakfast option was limited to variety of pastries, yoghourt, cereals and toast with ham and cheese. Honestly really good for what it is.
The location is good, it's on a tram line that goes between the airport andthe main train station. Fairly close to the city centre.
The view is okay, but on a busy road and close to train tracks. if you like trains it's awesome :D

-) Unfortunately the bathroom in our room was awful. Mold all over the place, not just in the shower, but on the wall as well. Really needs refurbishment and proper regular cleaning. It's rather old, there are pipes running across the room and you can see inside a wall in the shower as it wasn't built properly. The toilet system is a bit smelly as well.
The AC in the room isn't great either, it super loud when on max cooling, but doesn't actually cool the room much anyway.
The cleaning staff was a bit too thorough, even went through our things on the table and threw out our plastic bottles we put aside on the table to reuse. Uncomfortable and wasteful.

Overall, mixed feelings about the stay and can't recommend this accommodation at this state.

The house is old, but the service is great. There is a tram stop at the door, so transportation is convenient.

You Brazilian, this is the place.
Incredible, the kind of place where you arrive and feel at home.

Giulia, who welcomed us, was extremely kind and let us check into the room early. The room was very comfortable; there were three of us, and we had a great time.

Very close to the train station that provides access to all of Italy, we walked there and back, and even with luggage, the walk was completely manageable.

We visited the main tourist attractions such as:
Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, Pitti Palace, Piazza Signoria, among others, on foot.

The breakfast was simple and delicious; we truly recommend this place to all Brazilians visiting Florence.

Good afternoon, my wife and I stayed for one night so that the next day we could just walk around Florence! Everything suited us perfectly, based on the fact that we just needed to spend the night, sleep, take a shower and move on

B&B I must say very welcoming very kind staff and I recommend it because it is located in an area very close to the center, excellent and abundant breakfast, cleaning is done every day. Easy to reach. Carlo, Maria Assunta and little Samuele

Loved the room, beds comfortable and a lovely breakfast.
They woke up early to accommodate us for breakfast on our early departure before opening.

Easy to find and two different ways to get there.

It's difficult to rate our stay here - we arrived at 4:00 PM and the concierge is only available until 12:00 PM. However, they did send a full list of instructions. We also left at 3:30 AM to catch an early flight, but the host made it easy for us to check in and out. It is a little difficult to find the place and parking was tough.

Very clean, well located because tram n°2 for the center at the bottom of the building, just 3 stations. On the other hand, it's a horror to park around. Welcoming and friendly staff. Very noisy day and night, because in front of a city artery and Italians like to honk. Very good continental breakfast I recommend a small restaurant 5 minutes walk away, the Jacopino, excellent

Have stayed several times in this lovely B&B and the new owners, Gianni and Erika are perfect hosts ensuring you have a very comfortable stay. They engage well with the guests and make you feel very welcome. The B&B is well maintained and the cleanliness is superb. It was lovely to be able to make toasted cheese sandwiches at breakfast and the beds are very comfy. The tram stop is very convenient and a good place to stock up on bus/tram tickets.
