This is a perfect location to stay! The rooms were very nice! The elevator is super small. If you have a family with a stroller, plan on making multiple trips or just talking the stairs. Sitting out on the balcony drinking wine was the best!

Completely unacceptable and untrustworthy – beware of fraud!
We left the hotel immediately upon arrival due to the unacceptable and unhygienic conditions of the room. The place was filthy, and after informing the staff, we were told that we would not be charged.

However, three days later, the hotel withdrew €600 from our card without our consent. For the past two days, I have been trying to reach them by phone and email, but they are not answering and appear to be deliberately avoiding contact.

This is fraudulent behavior, and we are in the process of taking legal action.
Stay away — they will take your money and disappear.

Worst experience ever! Extremely dirty and rude… We had to move and they are not replying for our refund… The room was old full of def insects, dirt and dust. They are not replying at any message, we were outside the building for 50 minutes and they didn’t care even though i was pregnant. They even made our reservation cancelled on booking so we can’t make a review just like another customer mentions in the google reviews… Still they haven’t made a refund and they don’t answer the phone to us or to booking.com.

This place was disgusting! The room was extremely dirty full of dust! The little dots on the lamp are dead insects. We were waiting outside the building for 50 minutes, nobody was answering till an other customer let us in! There was no safety at all, and the man when we told him about the situation was completely rude! They even charged us for a broken lamp although we stayed only for 2 minutes inside the room and didn’t touch anything because we were disgusted! We are trying to get our money back but of course they are not answering…. We have contacted the customer protection and they informed us that we can press charges. Worst place ever!

Overall a decent stay. Pros: friendly staff, spacious room, fun area, the biggest rain shower I’ve ever seen. Cons: check-in info was incorrect so I couldn’t check-in online, directions to b&b unclear, no communication over text or email, and was surprised that my rate didn’t include breakfast. We ended up paying 6 euro/person for breakfast.

We were continuously communicating with B&B The Attico via WhatsApp before and during our stay. After we left, we messaged and called them several times as we had forgotten something in the room, B&B The Attico then ignored us and never replied to our messages or calls. Disappointing service.

About the room - mostly everything was fine. But it is not possible to adjust air conditioning temperature in the room which caused the room to be too hot to comfortably sleep in.

UPDATE - Great to get a response now… We have meanwhile had a response from you stating you have found the shirt and handed it to a courier who will contact us. This never happened. So lying on here about never finding anything doesn’t help. Also, the temperature could not be adjusted from inside the room as confirmed by your colleague and numerous other reviews.

I have canceled my booking 2 days after reservation sending emails and calling 100 times, still I have been charged. 1 month later not only I have not been refunded but also no response to emails and calls. I have never encountered a place called "hotel" managed his way!!
