B&B Design in Bologna

Brilliant place to stay post ironman clean and spacious. Host allowed me to park car and leave it until later afternoon. More of struggle with bigger car. Generous check out time of 11am (not quite 11.30 as advertised but no big deal).

A very welcoming B&B, conveniently located just a few kilometers from Bologna Centrale train station. We booked a room for the Mahmood concert. The room is spacious, equipped with every imaginable comfort (minibar, TV, air conditioning, functional Wi-Fi, and a kettle). The bed is comfortable and roomy (a double bed). If the room is too cold, you can adjust the air conditioning to your liking. There's a window behind the desk that you can open by simply moving the curtain a bit. The furnishings are truly charming: there's a shelf with books on world countries and cultures, a sign of great culture. The bathroom is equally comfortable, equipped with a shower tray (though no curtain, which doesn't matter), a bidet, a toilet, and a large sink. Water is supplied via faucets. There's also one guest toilet (bidet), one hand towel, one bath towel, a hairdryer, shower kit, and two rolls of toilet paper. Since it was summer and very hot, the owner offered me a bottle of cold water upon my arrival, which I greatly appreciated (I was very thirsty). I met the owner (his wife) that same evening, and she was also very kind. Although there was a mix-up with the payment (I thought I'd paid through Booking.com), she was very patient with me until we resolved the issue. The property is also very close to Parco Caserme Rosse and Sequoie Music Park, where the concert was held.
On my return, I couldn't open the front door and was forced to call the owners. Despite the late hour (midnight), they were understanding and helpful, and they weren't bothered, which I also appreciated.
Given the nice weather, breakfast was served on the spacious balcony near the reception. I was offered a glass of orange juice and a honey croissant (I think), but there was also yogurt, jam, milk, and much more, including a tart and a donut. Overall, the selection was good.

The price of €123.50 may seem high, but compared to other similar B&Bs at lower prices, you realize that the price includes breakfast, which other lower-priced B&Bs don't offer.

I had a good time. Recommended place. I'll keep it in mind for the future. ❤️

Very nice place, very well located and owners were very nice and attentive.

We stayed here one night. Antonio gave us ideas where to eat and he made us eggs for breakfast - rather than the typical coffee and croissant ;)

We chose this property to go to Sequoia Park, and it's less than a 10-minute walk away (at a leisurely pace), making it perfect for anyone wanting to attend events in the area. I have no idea how close the property is to the city center or how to get there.
The owner is very kind. After welcoming us, she showed us the very spacious room (basically two rooms separated by a sliding door) and gave us the keys so we could come and go as we pleased.
The bathroom was very nice.
The accommodation was equipped with a TV, air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a small bookcase for those who wanted to read.
Breakfast was freshly prepared by the owner, who asked us several times if there was anything else we wanted in addition to what was already on the table.
The property is furnished in a modern/industrial style, truly beautiful and well-kept.
