Gourmet B&B Villa Landucci in Florence

Our family (two parents and three kids) had an absolutely wonderful stay at this B&B in Florence. The place was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the city. What really made our visit special was the staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. David especially went above and beyond, giving us great recommendations for local restaurants and museums. Thanks to them, we truly enjoyed every part of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to come back again!

Walkable location to Florence museums. Superb local area guidance, assistance and restaurant recommendations from the host, Mateo. He and his assistant, David, were superb. Short walk from Firenze Campo di Marti train station to this B&B.

We had a great stay at this lovely and tidy room, located within walking distance from the historical center of Florence. The added bonus of on-site parking was really convenient, but what truly made this place stand out was the staff. From the moment we arrived, Matteo took the time to give us a detailed tour (complete with a map!) of what to see and what to avoid in Florence — including honest advice about tourist traps, local restaurants, museums, and hidden gems. His recommendations saved us time and made our visit much more enjoyable. He was also available via WhatsApp throughout our stay, always quick to respond and happy to help. He even assisted us in booking restaurant reservations for the evenings, which was a huge help in a busy city like Florence. We really appreciated the personal attention and care. The whole visit felt like we had a local friend guiding us. Highly recommend staying here if you're planning a visit to Florence.

We. Stayed in the hotel the week before Easter and it was absolutely wonderful stay! Spacious and beautifully decorated and well equipped room, with little fridge for cold drinks as well as wonderful bottle of red wine, which was greatly appreciated. The host Mateo and his team are very warm and very attentive. There is little that Mateo doesn’t know about Florence or it’s tourists attractions or services that we may be looking for! Beautiful continental breakfast, with quirky tea and egg making facilities , good selection of cheese and cold meat and bread. The place is about 20 min slow stroll from the centre, close to public transportation and attractions. Wonder stay! Highly recommended.

Very charming and clean B&B in the outside circle of the city. Quiet area. Very friendly owner & staff. A perfect way to be introduced to Florence. Talk to Matteo he gives you a great overview of the city and its history and great suggestions for non-touristy things to do and places to eat!

It is very convenient, close to downtown and train station.

Matteo was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and well-equipped with all necessary, but location is quite far away from city centre.

Our travel agent booked us for a 3 night stay at B&B Villa Landucci in Florence. Mateo and David were amazing hosts. We stayed in the Chianti room, which was very large for my husband, teenage daugther and I. It was clean, bright, spacious and decorated with such charm. Mateo sat with us for over an hour introducing us to Florence, the history, the culture, food and sights to see. He shared local food spots and made reservations for us as well. David had breakfast ready each morning with fun and joyful conversation. They made the introduction to Florence friendly and inviting. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again next time and would certainly recommend staying here. We liked how we were not in the toursity area but more among the locals with its quiet and historical charm.

Amazing service by the staff. David helped us get settled and went through popular attractions with us. He even gave us a map with the staff's favorite restaurants and landmarks. We were also upgraded to the two-bedroom apartment which was very roomy. The kitchen pots and pans were not the most clean but the rest of the apartment was great. The breakfast food variety was limited but they have a communal table where we got to chat with other travelers. It was a great place to meet new people! The location was very good, as it is a 30-40 minute walk to the center of the city in a straight line. Many shops and restaurants around the area too which are less crowded. We loved our stay!
