The service and communication were excellent. We were attended to by Francesca; she was super nice, explained how everything worked very clearly, and answered all my questions. She was on top of everything.
We stayed for three nights in a triple room. Good space, we never felt crowded; it was all clean, the AC and everything in the restroom worked.
The building is old, it's a historic building, but it's in pretty good condition. It really makes you feel like you are living back in the 1600s (but with electricity and plumbing). Just mind the stairs from the first floor to the second, they are steep (there's a small lift, though)
The location is awesome, it's in walking distance to the vast majority of the important places in Firenze, the furthest place I went to was 20 minutes away walking. There are many shops, stores, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, and coffe shops in the vicinity, so all bases are covered.
As for the breakfast, it was unfortunately unavailable during our stay, but I was told it'll come back. Based on everything else, I have no doubt their breakfast service is also really good.
So we had a great experience; we are really grateful to the team.

A very convenient stay in a great location! Right around the corner from Santo Spirito and a less than 5 min walk from the Ponte Vecchio. The Oltarno district is the perfect location when staying on Florence!

I chose the property based on description of being on one floor, as I recently had back surgery. In fact, my room was up 3 very steep stairs.
I did not receive instructions for after hours check in until the day after arrival, despite messages coming through from property about Time of arrival. I was able to call and be let in once I arrived. The location was very good and the room and small terrace where delightful, however “breakfast” was coffee machine I could not figure out and some wrapped cookies.

Location was ideal. I don’t walk a lot and this hotel put us close to so many great “must see” places. So close to the Pitti Palace! The staff was extremely caring and helpful with everything. When trip Advisor booking got things wrong on our booking the staff made it right. The air conditioning was good too. I felt safe there.

Really cute room and the ladies who run this place are super welcoming and accommodating! Great value and would be my choice of hotel when I come back to Firenze.

Looks lovely. Didn’t book. Why? She doesn’t have the decency to respond to two emails and three WhatsApp messages.
Used the contact button on her website and finally a response saying I didn’t send 🤣
I replied and send all screenshots, including DELIVERY of two emails! And the WhatsApp screenshots of my messages.
No response from her via email or WhatsApp. The very least she could do is apologize and be humble.
