Reviews
Poorly cooked and repetitive dishes, a sparse and always the same buffet.
The bar was only open a few hours a day, and in the evenings, there was never anyone there, and you had to enter and exit the hotel with a PIN.
There were no bicycles to get to the center of Cervia, but there was a bus 50 meters away that took you to Cervia and beyond.
The rooms on the third floor had no curtains and faced other balconies, so you had to lower the blinds to get changed. There was no refrigerator in the room, a small TV, no toiletries in the bathroom, and the towels weren't the best.
The hotel is convenient because it's close to the pine forest and the beach at Bagno Andrea, where we had a great time.
Unfortunately, the hotel services were lacking. The owner was a cook, plumber, electrician, and receptionist.
The hotel, in my experience, is 2 stars, not 3 stars!
The staff was very friendly and helpful with our every need!
The only flaw we found was the room, which was a bit too small for five people.
One aspect that deserves special attention is the cuisine. Every dish served clearly reflects the commitment, passion, and dedication of the entire staff. It's not simply about "eating well," but about enjoying a culinary experience distinguished by the freshness and quality of the ingredients, purchased on-site and carefully selected. The flavors are genuine, authentic, and exquisite, enhancing each course and conveying the sensation of labor of love and professionalism.
We would like to especially thank Massimiliano, whose warmth and helpfulness won us over and left us with truly special memories. Her presence, along with that of the entire staff, made our stay even more pleasant and memorable.
In conclusion, this hotel is more than just a place to stay, but a true experience of authentic hospitality, where passion, commitment, and attention to guests are evident. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a holiday characterized by comfort, good food, and a warm welcome.
The property is clean if a little dated.
Small rooms and tiny bathrooms.
The food was good and fresh, varied buffet.
The dessert very lacking (poor lemon ice cream and frozen croissants in the morning).
Excellent waiter service, really.
However, the stay in the hotel was not very pleasant due to the annoyance of the managers, who have very little of the Romagna welcome. Often angry and unwilling to exhaust guests' requests.
This is certainly not the kind of hospitality one should receive on vacation ...
The hotel cannot accommodate small children due to the lack of equipment, it does not have a bathtub or even a kitchen for mothers (according to booking it can accommodate them).
The food was not good… strange that Romagna is the land of good food… !!
Very small but clean rooms… in short, definitely a stay not to be redone !!!
The location is ok, but like 90% of the hotels in the area. What about crap !!
I guess the good reviews are from friends and family, because I can't imagine otherwise.
