Disappointed, to be honest, I am not the target group of this facility. We had half board, breakfast with limited choice possibilities, same by dinner. When the owner wants to save money, he shouldn't pay waitresses there and make it as usual in other hotels self service. What was the worst, 1 evening desert per person. 🤔 really. And second thing, as attached photos, lack of safety precautions. Smoke alarm covered by tape and eating table in the middle of emergency exit.

I'd simply say EXCELLENT! Clean rooms, attentive service, and the hotel is in a truly convenient location.

Special mention for the food: there's something for everyone! At lunch, we've always found a wide selection of dishes, generous portions, and high-quality food. Plus, the service was incredibly fast, despite the full dining room. A special mention for the eggs: I had an omelet that was truly delicious!

Rooms: Junior Suite with 6 beds, comfortable and equipped with a very spacious bathroom.
The only flaw is the absence of a balcony or a window; the only outlet was the presence of two skylights.

Service: The cleaning leaves something to be desired: both in the room and in the rest of the common areas; in the dining room the tablecloths and cloth napkins were not changed frequently, to report positively the quality of the food, fish every day.
Note of merit for the waiter Ciprian who with his professionalism and extreme kindness made us spend a pleasant and carefree holiday.

Position: Between the sea and the center, a quiet area with a beautiful swimming pool with a slide for children.

Structure equipped with games for children and baby dance after meals.

Friendly and helpful reception staff.

Overall rating between 3/4 stars, good value for money.

Well BUT NOT VERY GOOD.
We stayed at the Hotel Giuliana 1 week, we are a family with 1 child of 2 and a half years and the other of 1 year.
I had booked the room in February asking for the balcony and the possibility of attaching the single bed to the double. As soon as we arrived, the room we had been assigned looked like a bunker, a very small room for a triple room and had 1 window (instead of the small balcony that I needed to hang out the children's things). I'll have my room changed. And so far so good. We take the car after 4 days it had been stationary, but they didn't damage it immediately. It was necessary to notify first (they don't tell you, you have to read the sign in reception) as the parking lot was full, the cars were all jammed and there is only ONE person responsible for moving it, who is not always present. So we had to wait for him to come back. We take the car and I find a side scratch from rubbing, I alert the boy asking if I could look at the cameras, but nothing, they only last 24 hours. That ended there too.
Cleaning of the room to REVIEW. And please don't leave any bags that can look like patume, they threw me a couple of dirty clothes that I had left in a bag.
POSITIVE aspects: you eat very well at lunch and dinner, a bit boring breakfast after a few days, waiters who struggle to understand Italian, but almost all very kind, especially Paola and Ramona. At the reception our favorite was Alessandra, kind, courteous and always prepared. And the other plus, the LOCATION. Perfect both for the sea and for the center of Cervia.
Would I go there again? No .. reluctantly no.

After 10 years I returned to Cervia, where I spent my childhood and adolescence, with my husband. First experience at the Giuliana hotel.

Bad experience but not for everything.

Weak point: the lunch / dinner room, very dirty.
The breakfast offers little choice and often the buffet is not even replenished. We saw how the tables are cleaned and .. it was better not to see!
Lunch and dinner served by foreign boys, who do not speak Italian. In addition to being sooooo long, things are often forgotten: example? The last night I asked for a slice of watermelon, after 3 minutes the boy comes back and tells me it was over. We get up and there was a full tray at the buffet! One evening it happened that we hadn't arrived and the dish was already served on the table. What if we arrived later? Upon my arrival I informed the reception that I was pregnant, but I often found uncooked meat, carrots with earth inside, and therefore I often had to make do. However very dirty dining room! Limited buffet with always the same things. We have never eaten piadina in a week!

Pool with potential but dirty.

Parking to forget: when we arrived we had to wait for the guests to leave. Many of them have decided to leave the room but spend the last day on the beach, occupying the hotel parking lot. We left the car in the middle and like us other guests.

Clean room, but superficial cleanings. Little soundproofed.

Too bad because the hotel would have potential.
