Good hotel with a good breakfast, good service both in the reception and in the breakfast. I would love to come back!

Great hotel, but its pretty ran down. One can tell its an older hotel. Regardless, the staff was great and very nice. Breakfast was a variety of things, so there isnt any complaint.

Very clean hotel, breakfast are delicious. Rooms cleaned daily, Aircon in the room, nice view and first line hotel to the beach. The only thing which we didn't like is that the hotel has a private beach, but you still have to pay for an umbrella and sunbed on the beach. The hotel is giving you a voucher for it which is only a discount. Apparently it is a standard everywhere, but we were very surprised...

We stayed at this hotel in 2019, but it's certainly tired since then, and the service has declined (no free beach towels, no bottled water, no slippers, etc.). Rooms are quite small but very clean. A bit disturbing was that even if it was off season and not very crowded you could hear everything: people talking, alarms in the morning, someone throwing up from close rooms. Too warm in the room even if we turned the heating off. It turned on again when we left the room. We did sleep the balcony door open even in January. Breakfast was very rich and tasty....

This was my last stop to leave beautiful Italia so hotel definitely served my purpose. Great welcoming front desk, closed to airport and an amazing restaurant around corner affordable and delicious last Italian authentic meal.

Exceptional stay at the Belettini Hotel. Right on the beach, clean and cosy. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices from buffet or kitchen order. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was fine dining experience with different menu evey evening. Staff very professional and kind. Hotel is located fairly close to the center.

Situated on Cervia's seafront, the Hotel Conchiglia is a lovely experience that starts with the reception staff. We were greeted with a broad smile and a 'nothing-is-a-problem' attitude. Stayed twice, both nice. Love this hotel for its proximity to the train station, shopping and the beach. Second time here and in the newer wing. Room came with south facing balcony, great bed and great shower. Surprisingly quiet given that it’s right across the street from the train station.
