Clean, comfortable and close to Fiumicino airport. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The airport shuttle service is a bonus. I Stayed here for one night as I was traveling and didn’t know what to expect given that I booked last minute, but I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely recommend

Great location. Close to some very good restaurants around, and the sea is a short walk away. Took a cab to the city, a bit long , but Rome is worth it. Roberto the manager is quite nice and very accommodating. The mattress was a bit hard for me, but it was only a night before we departed for home.

The rooms are very clean. Great area. Breakfast is great also great walking area along the sea from the hotel Roberto is very friendly got a cab to drive us into the city. A little out of the way from the city center. A lot of cans around to take us back to the hotel

A very nice and cosy hotel located at 100 meteres near the beach and 4 km away from the airport. The room was clean. We also had breakfast and the food was tasty. The staff was nice and always helpful. We will definetely come back when coming again to Rome.

Excellent breakfast, staff very friendly and even let us check in a little early. Room was clean and comfortable! Close to airport which was very helpful. Quiet as it was off season. Would recommend and stay again.

Wished I had stayed at hotel connected to Rome airport. Spent40 Euros for taxi then the next morning 20 Euros for shuttle bus from hotel to airport (3 miles).
Breakfast not good. Television very small, remote barely working.

Very welcoming, friendly and clean hotel. Breakfast was excellent, the staff friendly and courteous and happy to help at all times. Had a busy schedule due to work and they were happy to accomodate a constantly changing schedule. Private parking is also very good to have in a relatively busy area. Will definitely be going back

Gracious and perfect location for a stay before or after flying into Leonardo daVinci airport Rosie and Roberto manage this property as their own and see to every comfort for their clients. I selected the room before booking and enjoyed a small private terrace There is a large rooftop area as well. Breakfast is prepared individually at the time selected and is very nicely done There are vending machines just at the lobby for a cold drink or coffee at any time Excellent shuttle to the airport and the best location for restaurants or seaside I will always choose this for both my arrival into Italy and my departure- a couple days on both ends

This hotel is a gem! We were staying in Rome for one night before continuing on to Sicily. This hotel provided a shuttle from and to the airport. The room was spotless and the bathroom well equipped. It is only three minutes from the beach and a vast number of restaurants. Both Rose and Roberto were so helpful in giving us recommendations and suggestions. They spoke English very well and were willing to speak Italian with my wife so she could practice. Breakfast on the third floor with a view of the Mediterranean was a lovely way to start the day. Recommend without hesitation! Mille Grazie!

This hotel is neither old nor new but it is nicely decorated, clean, and very well maintained. Room was good size, comfortable and updated. Nice bathroom and shower. Great breakfast in rooftop breakfast room. Christina was friendly and very helpful.
