We were on our honeymoon and when we first arrived we thought the location was ideal. We arrived at about 2pm and found our way from the train station to a lovely, quiet little square in the old town where the property is located in an alley nearby. The beach is just a few minutes walk away and likewise the newer part. The property is clean, spacious and well kept.
MAJOR WARNING:
At night the area where the property is located comes alive in the worst possible way. Our first night (Thursday) at around 7pm or so lots of little bars and restaurants opened up. There is a nightclub just opposite the property and it was playing loud music until probably 1am. We were so tired that night we managed to sleep through it.
The Friday night was much, much worse. Music was playing (very, very loudly) until 3 or 4am. There were people sitting directly under our windows drinking, laughing, chatting, singing and shouting. It was like having a bedroom INSIDE a nightclub with music making the walls reverberate. At around 3am we decided that we couldn't face another night there and decided to go back to Rome for the remainder of our honeymoon. We were not at all happy, as you can imagine. I sent messages to the property owner through the night because I was so shocked. I have no idea how this venture of theirs can be successful because it would seem that they cannot do anything about the neighbouring businesses.
The next morning we received messages from the owner (all in Italian – I don't speak Italian) saying that she(?) was coming to see us. Since most of the Friday night revellers had dispersed by 5am we tried to get a few hours sleep before the journey back to Rome and so missed the owner. To give them their dues they did offer to put us up in another B&B "in a very beautiful and silent location" but we were angry and untrustworthy of them so decided to stick to the plan of returning to Rome. We delivered the keys back to a local restaurant where one of the people that checked us into the property worked. That seemed like the most efficient way to make our train departure on time. I asked if they would offer any money back but the reply said "it wasn't their fault" and that they had "done everything to make our stay comfortable".
If you want to sleep at night this place isn't for you.

New structure with maximum cleanliness comfortable because it is on the ground floor unlike the others. Charming structure, delightful in the way it has been furnished in every detail, respecting the history of the ancient village. Dear owners, very helpful in all the services offered by the B&B. Excellent facility! I stayed at this b & b last weekend and it was a surprise! A small jewel located in the historic village of the splendid neptune which for the Christmas period is made even more beautiful thanks to the magical lights😍 cleanliness, courtesy, attention to detail are the strength of this "favor" in the center of neptune! I recommend it and I hope to be able to return to stay there soon!
What a wonderful surprise. I had the opportunity to realize my dream and wake up in the alleys of the village of the beautiful Neptune. Tastefully furnished and cared for in every detail, clean, I felt pampered, thanks for everything, I'll be back as soon as possible
