C'est La Vie Suites in Rome

I stayed in C’est la vie suites for 2 days and everything was perfect: new and clear apartment, equipped with all that was needed. There are also free mini bar with water and a coffee machine in the room.
Apartments are located in beautiful area, quiet and safe, close to Vatican and historical centre. I had no problem for entering the building for check-in, it’s easy to find. After check-in you can enter in the building, using special app.
Amalia is such a friendly host, kind and professional, she provided tips and advices about local area. She was in touch for any questions and requests. 
I had a great time and highly recommend C’est la vie suites for staying. And definitely will stay there, when I have my next trip to Rome.

We stay two nights and I have to say that place is very nice and clean.
We check in Monday 22/9 and the next day when we are doing our tour,they send staff to clean the room,change the bed sheets and we get clean towels!!!

Got lucky and found this gem! Although it’s a little far from the historic centre, it is right next to Vatican City and provides a nice way of seeing some of the sights of Rome as you walk into town. The staff were very friendly and to rooms could be serviced every day if you wanted. We felt safe the entire time and the room was comfortable (albeit a little small but cosy!). A great and reasonably priced place to stay in Rome!

Basically a well furnished and renovated apartment in an older building. Everything felt premium here and the room was spacious (sufficient for four people) and everything inside was clean, premium and comfortable. We did the self checkin and for that you must send your identity documents via WhatsApp in advance to make it quick and smooth.

The host Amalia (didn't see her personally) sounded very helpful, reassuring and was able to respond to questions and requests via Whatsapp quickly.

The place has a nice common kitchen with microwave oven. Inside the rooms are air conditioners - a big plus considering it gets warm inside.

You get also free coffee pods with machine, and few bottles of sparkling water (buy the water without gas before arriving if you prefer it - not sure tap water is drinkable or not).

The lady Francesca who comes to maintain the place was also very nice and spoke English well - we had no communication or language issues either with her or the host throughout the stay.

One big plus is this place is at walking distance from Vatican. There are several small shops and restaurants in the area. Personally i would suggest this place over other overpriced places in the center as it had excellent value for money.

10/10 for everything.

P.S heads up: the place is not barrier free

Tourist attractions like Vatican City, subway stations, and many dining options are easily accessible within walking distance. The surroundings are quiet, and I had a comfortable stay.

Since it was my first trip to Italy, I didn't know many things, but I received polite guidance through chat and phone calls in English.

We visited this place in 2023 with our 8 year-old son! excellent place and very clean! The very helpful staff and easy self check-in (if needed) were one of the plus of our stay. relatively close to metro (in walking distance) and close to public transportation options.

Antonio is an exceptional host that really eased our first time stay in Rome. The hospitality was phenomenal and I would recommend this suite to everyone who wants to experience Rome in its most natural state. The location provides a handful of close quality amenities such as transit, cafe's, and restaurants. The suite is perfect and well kept. Exceptionally clean with a useful little kitchen that aids in providing the perfect at home feel.

A little outside of Central Rome but still close enough to be in reasonable distance to all the hot tourist spots. The charm of this B&B makes it all worth while.

We had a two night stay in this B&B which is definitely the one we satisfied most so far.
Great cleaness in the room and public area, which are the most important factors for me. The property locates in the safe region in Roma and easily get access to the Vatican.
Very good place for those who on budget travels.

C'est La Vie is a great place to stay in Rome for a few days. The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent coffee in the kitchen. Fantastic hosts.
Quiet location with excellent communication with the city. Vatican City is a 10-minute walk away. If you go a little further you will quickly get thanks to the metro station, which is really close.
