San Vito Suites are guest-house style apartments, just a short walk from Termini railway station and Santa Maria Maggiore basilica. Clean decent-sized room with large modern bathroom. Large, comfortable bed. Shower water pressure was OK but not great. Some basic amenities such as an electric kettle, teacups and small fridge, which are great for snacks and drinks if one doesn't want to go out all of the time. My room faced the street below but it was not-at-all noisy. The host was very friendly and present upon arrival to check me in, give keys and explanations. San Vito suites are located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building and there are not really any other amenities on site, as this is not a hotel. Nevertheless, it suited me perfectly for my stay in Rome and I would stay here again.

The add for this property says 24 hr shuttle service to airport, but it was a taxi that we had to pay separately.

The place was dirty and smelled like mold. The pictures on the internet were not true. The name of the apartment is misleading.

The room was extra large, it had a private balcony, the bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in in Italy and Marina, the host, is very welcoming, efficient and helpful. Highly recommended!

Fantastic little place in the heart of Rome! Beautiful room with a balcony were you can watch the sunset and rise! The lady who owns these suits was extremely welcoming on arrival and helpful. She provided us all the information needed to get started in Rome. Restaurant recommendations, an app which had access to the trains and trams in Rome city. She recommended Panella for breakfast and it did not disappoint and Ristorante pizzeria Michele for dinner. Beautifully family run business and the fresh pasta was incredible! Towels provided, room had a shower and a little mini fridge which was helpful to keep the water cold. Lovely! Would come and stay again!

First of all, this is not a hotel. The owner of this place said B&B. You must be careful before making a reservation where there are no photos of the lobby or the appearance. I requested a refund to the channel here, and I haven't received an answer yet. The facilities are very backward. Always be careful unless it's a chain hotel.I think I was deceived by showing only good things to sell the product. You should always be honest with me.Go through the door you see in the picture. When I asked people about the hotel, it took me a long time to find it because no one knew.

Service was wonderful, location was great, an easy walk from Roma Termini. Make sure to stay in contact with the rep when you arrive so they can be there to recieve you!

Accommodation location with the Colosseum is very near the traffic is also convenient, the female Owner speaks English, the Breakfast provided the location and food are very good

Location is excellent and the people running the place were very nice. We had some issues with our room through no real fault of anyone (lost power for a short time which caused a few issues) but everything was rectified quickly. The balcony was nice with an excellent view and had a small table with two chairs but unfortunately the doors leading to it were unable to be locked (broken) leaving the room unsecured due to some other rooms being able to access it via a part of the roof.
