Tiburtina Suites in Rome

A ten-minute walk from the station, in a rather run-down 1960s apartment building (like the rest of the area, from what we saw during a one-night stay).
There are several options nearby for dinners, aperitivos, and breakfasts.
The room (#4, in a private apartment renovated with great care, mostly low-quality materials that already show significant signs of wear) is spacious and quiet (it overlooks an internal courtyard).
The level of cleanliness seemed good to me, despite the double bed with a fabric headboard (😱).
Be careful when opening the doors of the left-hand wall cabinet: a door can get stuck in your hand. To lower the shutter, you need to open the window and lower it manually.
The kitchenette is more than basic.
The bathroom, while not tiny, has rather inconveniently positioned fixtures: I challenge a plus-sized person to use a bidet or wash their armpits without bumping into everything.
The price, being in Rome, is in line with the offer.

A negative experience, as we paid €270 for a room that wasn't luxury at all, but rather a B&B. The bathroom fixtures were tiny, and the shower was incomplete, so much so that water leaked everywhere. Another factor was the lack of cleanliness, which had been lacking for some time, with greasy doorknobs and tables. THIS B&B IS NOT RECOMMENDED!
