Convenient contactless check-in and cleanliness, but issues with comfort and service.

Pros:
- Remote check-in: This was the main advantage. No need to rely on the front desk or adjust to staff schedules. The process was fully autonomous and quick.
- Cleanliness and service: The room was quite clean, which was a pleasant surprise. A nice 'welcome water' was waiting upon arrival. Support was responsive and replied even late in the evening.
- Amenities: There's a tea set (black tea and sugar).

Cons:
- Strange breakfast system: Breakfast (€8) is at an external establishment called "IL CATANESE." A huge drawback is that the voucher cannot be issued in advance. When I asked at 6 PM, I was told to pick it up strictly at 9 AM when a staff member is on-site. As a result, I couldn't have breakfast for two nights – it's simply impossible to do so before 9:00 AM. Meanwhile, the set itself is standard: coffee/tea, croissant, juice, and a small sandwich.
- Sleep quality: The bed creaks terribly. The curtains are smaller than the window and provide almost no blackout effect – it's hard to sleep in such conditions. It's very noisy from the street, and the air conditioner only partially helps by drowning out some sounds with its hum.
- Room amenities: There are only 3 hangers in the closet. The towels are very old, thin, and washed out to a gray color, full of snags. It's a shame there's no coffee in the set, only English Breakfast tea.
- Technology: Wi-Fi practically doesn't work. I couldn't get YouTube to run on the TV – possibly due to the extremely weak Wi-Fi, and there were no instructions.

Verdict: The idea of remote check-in is excellent, but the household shortcomings and the absolute inflexibility regarding breakfast ruin the impression. I doubt I would return again.

it was a amazing place to stay around the centre of rome. the only thing is theres no receptionist around thats why they you have to msg them in whatsapp app. but it nice place anyway.

The room and staff were very polite however we did not receive the promised Prosecco prior the booking

Excellent area for restaurants and cafes and very walkable to sights like Trevi and Spanish steps. Comfortable bed, good shower and TV with Netflix enabled.
Reception is not always manned, but they alerted us to this ahead of time. There is a kettle and cups, but no tea or coffee is provided.

The hotel is conveniently located, the service is warm and thoughtful, the room is clean and comfortable, and the bedding is soft and comfortable to sleep on. The facilities are complete and the price-performance ratio is super high! I will choose here next time, highly recommended!

Overall, everything is fine, the room is clean, the bathroom is in good working order. The only thing that might be difficult is the automated check-in, if this is new to you. But the instructions are detailed, the hotel immediately contacts you and asks where to send the instructions. They respond promptly. If you check in during reception hours, you won't feel any difference. It's easy to find the entrance to the hotel via video. One of the downsides I would call the rather early check-out at 10:30, but in principle this is often the case in apartments. If your stay is long, there may not be enough space for clothes/things

The location is very convenient, within walking distance of famous attractions. The soundproofing is not good, and the people drinking and talking downstairs are very noisy. The housekeeping is very clean every day. There is no self-service check-in at the front desk, and the first day of check-in is like a secret escape room with layers of secrets. It is quite an interesting experience.

L'emplacement est parfait même enceinte tout se fait à pieds avec de bonnes chaussures ! Attention au bruit car il y a un restaurant en bas de la chambre + un burger au coin de la rue qui ramène les jeunes + ramassage des poubelles dans la nuit donc prévoyez les bouchons d'oreilles ! LITERIE pas dingue malheureusement...... matelas mou, pas d'alése, oreillers jaunies, taies doreiller et draps avec quelques taches (je prend toujours mes taies en voyage!) et couvertures fines. Un peu frais dans la chambre mais avec la climatisation réversible il y a le chauffage donc ça va mais pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain... réactivité du personnel au top pour demander des adresses et nous avons eu un problème d'eau chaude qu'ils ont réglé le lendemain matin !

Because I only saw the front desk staff once during Christmas, and the check-in method is cumbersome, you need to have a certain level of English to understand it. You need to use the password to open the door and reach the third floor (2nd floor) and then enter the apartment door password. After entering the key code, you can open the door. But the instructions are clear.

The hot water in the room is not very hot, and you may feel cold when taking a shower before the house is heated. Other than that, everything went smoothly. The room is very clean, the hair dryer is also very useful, and everything you need is available.
