Our stay was extremely disappointing. One out of our two booked rooms reeked of sewage, making it impossible to sleep. When we raised the issue, the staff were rude and dismissive (via phone because no reception from 4pm), even denying the problem altogether. Sewage problem happens in hotels, but accusing the customer as a lier is not the way to solve the problem. After filing a complaint with Booking.com, she continued lying about the smell even if their cleaning lady witnessed and admitted the situation. This level of dishonesty and poor service is unacceptable — we strongly advise avoiding this place.
Apart from this, the room was great, location was great and close to all the main attractions. The room included breakfast which was served at a café close to the hotel which was also very good.
