Cesar Palace Guesthouse in Rome

The receptionist was very rude. We were calling and she never picked up, just messaged us via whatsapp asking who we were, with a lot of question marks and exclamation pint. Instead of how can i help?
Anyway. We booked two adults and a child (16yo) for a room with max of 3 ppl. As of Trip.com a child is also upto 17yo!
So she argued that she is 16, a teenager and NOT a child.
So since we were already tired and had to deal with such personality. We asked if she knew were i can stay since she did not want us 3 in there for a night because of their policy. And we could not cancel either, since it wont be refunded.
Hence i had to search for a room alone that late night. And luckily i found one near termini.

The bed is also very springy - old mattress. And the heater does not see to work right. 30degress and did not feel like it - so i was told.

Never book this one. There are a lot more nicer and also cheap places everywhere. This will just give you a headache.

The environment is really bad. The photos of the room are already very beautiful. The iron bed is like the lowest-grade guesthouse or labor camp. The curtains are tied with ropes, and the windows are covered with stickers. The quilt is only a thin sheet, which is very cold in the winter in Europe. The window is also drafty. There are girls' hair on the bed. I wanted to leave after checking in for ten minutes.

Old and run-down structure. For luggage storage, until 4:00 pm, paid €6. Never paid to leave luggage in the luggage room.
IT IS BETTER TO GO ELSEWHERE.

Terrible, charged 24 euros to check in late, despite being told it was only 10 euros. Photos are outdated and cleanliness was a real issue. Room is small, outdated and unkept. 20 min walk from Rome Termini so not too bad regards to location but honestly I've spent less and got way more. Don't stay here.
