The personnel was nice however the room was way too small, it’s really uncomfortable.
The location is not bad 15/20 mins walk to trevi fountain but a bit far from the Vatican city

Roma2b Bed & Breakfast is a truly wonderful place, located in a prestigious area right in the heart of Rome, surrounded by elegant 19th-century villas and just across from the beautiful archaeological site of the Horti Sallustiani. The room was not only stylish and spotless, but also soundproofed, which made my stay perfectly quiet and relaxing.
What really stood out, though, was the warmth and professionalism of the staff—Mr. Alessandro, Mr. Marino, and Miss Raissa were all incredibly kind and attentive.
Another highlight was having Le Levain Café just around the corner, a charming French-style bakery with amazing pastries like pain au chocolat, along with excellent coffee and cappuccino.
All these details made my stay at Roma2b absolutely delightful. I will definitely choose this B&B again whenever I return to Rome.

The rooms were clean and the hosts were very helpful. Good thing about this place is it's very near to major places in Rome and at a very reasonable price. Also.. free espresso

The staff was helpful and friendly, even allowing us to store our luggage on our departure day. The room was clean and soundproofed. The location was quiet, close to public transportation, and not far from Rome Termini station.

I won’t recommend this place. They are there only a few hours a day. You need to come and leave only in that time period. And also for baggage storage. And they don’t even have a toilet when you come back to pick up your luggage.
Reply: You said you can only store the bags until 14:00, and even asked me to come back earlier like 13:50, that’s unusual for any hotel. I booked for 2, but only one person (me) arrived. So what? I still paid the full price to you. How can you blame me on that? Ridiculous.
I even didn’t mention the room itself. Depend on your funny response I would say:
the room is transparent to any sound outside the door. When someone opens the door next to me it sounds like opening mine. Not to mention when people passing by.
They prefer to text you in WhatsApp not Booking. That’s not professional and not polite.

This hotel is fine and economical. I accidentally booked Rome when the Ryder cup was on so wasn’t left with a lot of choice for hotel. It seems as thought they’ve bought a few rooms in a residential block and made them into hotel rooms, so it did feel a little like we were intruding with other residents in the block. The room was fine, very clean and basic. It’s definitely in the quiet end of town and we got a taxi a couple of times to the Vatican and some nice dinners we didn’t want to arrive hot and bothered to! There are a couple of nice restaurants around and a lovely wine bar right next door but if you want more of an atmosphere stay closer to the centre of town.

The absolute smallest possible room. Tiny room for 2 adults. Location not exactly ideal either.

As soon as we entered this lovely soothing place we felt calmer. The staff went out of their way to make it enjoyable for us. We had a lovely well equipped room; after a great night out in Rome then back to a wonderful bed with an excellent comfortable mattress. We were just very pleased to be staying in this wonderful nurturing haven of a hotel.

It an ok hotel, the staff are super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good, the staff made the hotel not the building, for that I will recommend it to anyone.

Clean, nice staff, rooms very small. Not bad for location, would suit fairly fit walkers. Surprised it is a four star.
