Our room was spacious and had everything it needed, the facilities in general were all very clean, breakfast was good and we could have it any time we wanted. We were allowed to leave our bags before check-in, which was of huge help! The location was pretty easy to access with metro and close to Termini (15-minute walk).

Lovely B&B with a homey feel and tasteful decor. Very friendly host. We stayed in the green room, and enjoyed sweet breakfast and daily cleaning. A nice restaurant that opens late is right downstairs at the street level, and if lucky you could enjoy the occasional accordion music. Would have loved to give 5 stars, but the stench from the bathroom (through no fault of their own, but rather the city’s) was near unbearable, and the inflexible 11a-830p check-in policy left us stranded in the streets of Rome when our flight delay caused us to arrive at midnight. Overall, this location could work out well if you’re on a budget. We traveled as a couple and are thankful for the stay!

Very tidy, clean and cozy place. Hosts are really nice and friendly. The room was great, everything is comfortable and well prepared. Close to termini station, short walk to the colosseum. They offer a wide range of breakfast snacks and beverages to choose from. The neighborhood is quiet. Even if we only stayed there for two nights it was really pleasant, would definitely return for a longer trip. Totally recommend this place for couples and groups of friends. Also, you can find many bars, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Worth a visit!

Pros: Good price for values. With less than 50 EUR per night, you get a clean, cozy, spacious room with a private bathroom. 10 min walk to Termini station. Fast check-in process. Basic cold breakfast(cereals, toast and fruits) is included. You can use the kitchen area with a kettle and a fridge.
Cons: can hear the noise from the streets and rooms next to you. No shampoo and conditioner (only body wash gel and soap are provided)

Not so clean. Extra 20 euros paid for city tax. Bad shower and smelly. But great breakfast and near termini.

Very clean room, facilities and friendly staff. Incredibly convenient as only 5 minutes away from the nearest metro station, and 10-15 minutes walk from main Termini train station. Not a cooked breakfast but still a lot of things to choose from - certainly more than enough to start the day with. I would definitely recommend to others. The only problem are the surrounding streets look a little unsightly with all the graffiti.
