Great hotel,extra comfortable, with the greatest, most central location you could dream of!!
Also, super nice, fresh and clean rooms …. and the breakfast!! more like a brunch really, so generous and good, with home made cakes, fruit salad, toast… served with love on the terrace with an amazing view!
But most of all… what a lovely staff, lead by a friendly duo of brothers (Elio & Salvatore, exceptional!) who love their house, their city, their hosts and will always go the extra extra extra mile to make your stay exceptional !!
Please never shy away from asking them for advice and recommendations for activities, visits and restaurants, as they’re never short of your next best experience in Sperlonga! They also readily handle the booking, so your only preoccupation will be to take the most of your beautiful holiday, making you feel so great and comfy you don’t want to leave ever :)

For me it is the best hotel in Sperlonga price / quality, for detachment. The only one in the historic center, a stone's throw from the square, with reserved parking a few meters from the hotel. Staff very kind, super friendly, helpful. Spacious, bright, clean rooms. Super wifi connection. Memorable breakfasts. And I kept myself low.

All perfect starting from the central location, then cleaning, room comfort with an excellent shower, very good breakfast, private parking, and last but not least the friendliness and friendliness of the owners, always ready to provide you with useful advice without ever being intrusive. Of course the sea can be reached by facing a staircase that is not exactly easy but for the lazy, like me, it is also possible to get there in a few minutes by car using the very convenient rate of the parking lot of the lido affiliated with the hotel, also very good. Highly recommended

Stayed 6 nights in this delightful hotel in the historic center of Sperlonga. It is exquisitely managed by the brothers Elio and Salvatore who, thanks to their generational experience, know how to combine professionalism and extroverted characters at the service of customers. Excellent breakfast with hand made products .... Highly recommended! 👍

Perfect location in town center, clean rooms. Room 2 has nice ocean view. Staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs.
