Exceptional Stay – Perfect in Every Way

Our stay at this hotel was outstanding from start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations — from the welcome at check-in to the attention to detail throughout our visit.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The amenities — from the lounge to the rooftop pool with the view— were all top-notch and well maintained.
The location couldn’t have been better, close to everything yet quiet. The beds were the most comfortable we had during our travels.
Overall, this hotel offers exceptional quality and service. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Location, location, location! Sooo walkable to the Piazza Tasso & Corso Italia. Loved the open front sitting area of the hotel to rest, relax, enjoy time with family, or people watching while enjoying a refreshing Limoncello Spritz.
The staff were all very friendly and the rooms were comfortable & spacious. Will stay here definitely again on our next trip!

This hotel was in an excellent location for exploring Sorrento. We easily walked with our bags from the train station. The staff were welcoming & helpful. The room was very clean. The included breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed the roof top bar & pool.

Excellent location with friendly and helpful staffs. Housekeeping is perfect with daily change of clean towels and pool towels if you need. Pool is a little small but as expected for a small property. Breakfast unchanged but sufficient, lots of fruits selection. Would highly recommend this hotel

We absolutely loved this hotel in Sorrento. The location is excellent - steps to Piazza Tasso. The room felt very Amalfi/Sorrento feel with accents of yellow tile for that lemon vibe. The skybar served an excellent lemon shrimp risotto, and their basil smash drinks were so refreshing on those hot summer days. We loved the infinity style pool - it’s not massive, but perfect to cool off, admire the view, and give you the ultimate feeling of relaxation. The staff was super professional and hospitable - from the front desk to the cleaning crew, to maintenance, and pool/skybar staff, everyone was very polite and pleased to provide their assistance. Cinzia at the front desk was lovely and super thoughtful in the way she supported her team members and walked us through different tour options. She made us feel like she was genuinely interested in hearing about our day when we would turn in for the night or see her the next morning.
One small consideration that may be a negative for guests with a vehicle, the hotel doesn’t have parking on site. They instead offer a valet parking service for €25 per night. Should you need to access your vehicle, you will need to provide 30 mins notice or, if you’re not in a time crunch, will need to wait about 30 mins before they bring you your car. This was only applicable for our check-out day but since we were not in a rush to leave we were happy to wait and enjoy a coffee from the downstairs bar. Overall, would recommend and would stay again.

Hotel Plaza was an amazing experience. Literally 200 metres on flat from Piazza Tasso. Sky bar & pool were a fantastic surprise! Rooms were cleaned twice a day - one big clean and one refresh of swim towels. Breakfast was more than substantial; everything from bacon to fresh fruit to salmon to bread. Cannot rate hotel and staff highly enough.

We loved this hotel. All staff were superb. Matteo and Cinzia were so helpful. Loved the Sky Bar and pool- great place to relax and recharge after a busy day. So convenient to the shopping and restaurants. Would visit again!
