Capo Santa Fortunata in Sorrento

this hotel is absolutely magical! It was like being in our slice of heaven. If like us you look for truly special places to stay this is it! The place feels more like a home than a hotel (which it is) It is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and the location is close enough but just far enough you feel like you’re in your own private paradise.The staff are beyond welcoming and really went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They organised a really special dinner for us with a car transfer and helped us reserve beds at their partner beach club in town. This was an absolute dream of a holiday and we are definitley coming back to stay! We were only passing through Sorrento so had only booked 1 night here which was so hard for us to leave the next day we’ve decided to book our holiday here next year! I can’t recommend this place enough, if you want a special one of kind stay this is really it!!

We spent the last 2 nights of a whirlwind vacation here and the quiet solitude was exactly what we needed to wind down. The cabins were a little run-down but clean and had everything we needed.

I have never written an online review before, but I have never stayed anywhere quite like Capo Santa Fortunata before either. It was truly exceptional. From the moment we were greeted by Angelo (with glasses of chilled champagne on our beautiful private terrace) to the moment we left (Lina and Rosario having a very early start to give us a full breakfast, despite us saying a coffee and croissant would be fine at 06.45), our stay was truly magical. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the villa itself is out of this world. We stayed in the Don Giovanni suite and it was stunning (and spotlessly clean). We had so many plans as to what we would do with our time in Sorrento, but the villa was just so beautiful we ended up ditching half of them so we could spend more time by the pool, just taking in the wonderful atmosphere. In terms of location, it is a bit out of town, but, as long as you're not in a rush, the buses are great and the walk do-able (we walked both up and down to the town on several occasions). Its location also gives you one of the best views in Sorrento. We cannot recommend Capo Santa Fortunata enough and only hope we can go back in the not too distant future.

Although we were unable to check into the hotel due to temporary renovations, the owner kindly arranged a five-star hotel suite in downtown Sorrento for us. Our travel experience in Southern Italy was excellent. Thank you, owner, and best wishes to you and your family for good health and prosperous business.

This most beautiful location turned into our magical wedding venue. The garden, which is gorgeous and looks like one from a fairytale, hosted our dearest friends and family. Teresa and her team made our wedding absolutely extraordinary. With an excellent eye for detail, great connections to suppliers and a brilliant attitude they made our big day absolutely perfect. We got to fully enjoy it without a worry on our mind. This place will always be special to us, as much as the location is phenomenal - it’s the people who made it warm and welcoming.

We stayed 2 nights at Capo Santa Fortunata and it was unexpectedly incredible experience. We felt like at home in a huge park full of lemon trees, olive trees and many other species and we were lucky to stay with our 2 girls in the biggest suite with a breathtaking view on Naples bay and Vesuvio. The kindness of all the teams was incredible. We liked the breakfast and for sure we will be back again !
