Hegelberger in Terracina

My partner and I stayed at this charming hotel in Terracina for one night, and we can’t help but rave about our experience.

The hospitality we experienced here was absolutely superb. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with open arms and smiles. The owner of the hotel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. It wasn’t just delicious and extensive; the personal attention to every detail made it truly special. We felt like VIP guests.

However, what will truly stay with us is the incredible kindness of the owner. In the early morning, he even drove us to the port at 7 am for our ferry, without us even asking. This thoughtful act of kindness was truly exceptional and made our stay unforgettable.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect, close to the port and within walking distance of some great restaurants and attractions.

In summary, our stay at this hotel in Terracina was an absolute delight. The hospitality, the delicious breakfast, and the attentive service made it an unforgettable experience. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay in Terracina. We can’t wait to return!

I didn't give the rooms 5 stars only because the bathroom lacks a bidet. Otherwise, everything is very well-suited to the location, so close to the historic center. Our room had a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and Mount Circeo. It's an excellent option if you want to get away from the chaos of the city but still be within easy reach on foot (10 minutes), crossing the beautiful Terracina square and admiring the historic center. It's also very close to the Temple of Jupiter, which offers a fantastic view and is a nice walk if you want to get some exercise. The owners are very kind and professional. Breakfast, both sweet and savory, is served as a buffet, and the items are freshly made. Overall, a great stay. One small flaw: it's not so easy to find.

The most heart warming family you could ask for on your experience. Francesca, Mario, his Bella partner and daughter made my stay like a warm hug at the end of a hard day. They went above and beyond with their thoughtfulness.
I highly recommend Hotel Hegelberger 🏨 to any travellers that want to enjoy homely hospitality and a divine view.

It’s an amazing and a very relaxing place. The hotel is very nice and authentic and offers a splendid view on the city of Teracina and the sea.

The host Mario is gave us a great welcome and he is very friendly.

We went 4 days with my wife to stay and the service and treatment that they have given us was the most welcoming that we have received in Italy! A wonderful place, excellently located in the historic area of ​​Terracina. We have been delighted and very grateful to the staff, who have been very attentive and respectful at all times.
