This is absolutely the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in. You would be better off in a homeless shelter, or even the street. They only take cash. The building is disgusting. The beds have no privacy. And the room smelt like sewage because the bathroom pipes were broken and full of the worst smell imaginable. No matter how cheap it is, it’s not worth it. I promise. You will regret every second of it.

My review is for Beautiful hostel based on 1st floor.
There was no such thing as hot water for three days, we complained like 4 times, last one they told us to wait 30min. Three times for 30min and still not a memory from hot water. The guy on the reception deck was rude and treating us as a joke. We had no phone signal or Wi-Fi connection, except in the lobby. Off course I was told that I am the only one complaining about it.
We wanted our money back for today and tomorrow and they didn't wanted to give us the money for today because we missed the check out hours!!!!! We waited more than 2 hours for hot water and still can't get our money back.
Off course I pick a fight with the AUDACITY guy and eventually he give us our money for today.

I paid 95€ for one night. No towel is provided, wifi connection is very very weak (at least fix this?!) and not clean. Actually this hotel is really disgusting, the worst I have ever stayed. Dirty and neglected. Check out time is 10am?! Not worthy at all. Do not come unless you are very desperate

I've never been one to write a less than 4 star review, but people need to be aware. The other reviews are right in that you're sleeping on a pull-out couch that slants you to the middle, the "comforter" is an old curtain and I found a bug in the bed that resembled a bed bug after further internet consultation. I tried to look past it but after reading other reviews who had similar remarks, it had to have been a bed bug... The workers let you store your luggage for free if you arrive early and are kind with check-in / check-out. Location is one minute from the giant train station so is how I arrived rating. Although it was affordable, don't stay here. Oh and shower didn't work. Barely drizzled and the water was freezing.

Don’t expect a night in the Venician palace, but for the price it’s great.
The rooms are functional, but they were cleaned daily and the beds were comfortable- I had a great nights sleep.
Also, you are 2secs from the main train station, and a 20min walk will get you to the colosseum or the park.
I see some bad reviews for this place and felt like I needed to push it up. I mean, it’s perfect for what it is, and that’s a hostel with easy access to Rome and beyond.

You get what you pay for. Firt of all this place is not really well market and comes under several names. One of them is Hotel Beautiful. For me 8 people room was fine because I expected a cheap place to sleep. The beds are comfortable, with electric nest to load your devices, lockers and a lamp. Bathroom was something between clean and dirty, mostly because it is used very often. Beware, because at the evening whole place gets loud, because on a lower level some bands entertain groups of young people from all over the world. Service in the hostel is not bad and personnel is quite friendly but do not expect too much from them. Breakfast consist of a croissant and a coffe in a cafetery downstairs.This is better than nothing and it will help you to start your day. Hostel has a great localization, it is a nice place to start and finish your daily trips. There is a market localized closely. WiFi works with breaks which may be a little bit irritating.

Definitely the WORST hostel me and my husband have ever been in!! To start, the location was awful, lack of signals, the building was in a very bad shape, and on top of that the staff was RUDE and DISHONEST...
We made the bug mistake of paying before the check-in time so we could leave our suitcases there, go for a walk and then come back to set up ourselves in the room. When we came back, we were set up in a room that it wasn’t what we had booked, plus the bathroom was disgusting.
We tried to talk to the person in charge (an Indian man), who had a rude attitude and yelled at us the whole time. He didn’t accept any kind of negotiation or proposal from us, because at that point we didn’t want to stay there, we were willing to pay for the first night but wanted the rest of our money back... never happened.
