A lovely hotel with an outstanding location in Rome. The front desk staff demonstrated excellent hospitality and support throughout my stay. The rooms are well-maintained with a pleasing design, although slightly limited in size. Breakfast quality is very good and flavorful, but the selection lacks diversity. A recommended stay for service and location.

Staff went over and beyond in assisting to advise of the best mode of transportation based on our itinerary. Front desk suggested excellent restaurants within 10 minutes from hotel.

Amazing stay with family in a peaceful tranquil area of Rome. How lovely to return from the bustle of Rome’s tourist spots to the serenity of the Hotel Degli Aranci. Elegant, spotlessly clean rooms with comfortable beds. Exceptionally helpful and friendly Staff at Reception. Breakfast very good and our one evening meal in the hotel restaurant enjoyable. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Stayed in this hotel mid August for 3 nights, with my family, before going on a cruise. There were 11 of us including children & I had booked 4 rooms. Staff were helpful with any enquiry & booking taxis for us in advance, before our stay. The situation of the hotel is a bit far from touristy places & for convenience we took taxis. However, it is located in a leafy quiet area which is desirable. There are good restaurants nearby, requiring 10-15 minutes walking. Rooms are spacious & clean. I had a room with a terrace & I enjoyed sitting outside in the evening. Breakfast is decent. There is very little choice for an evening meal so we decided to eat in the restaurants outside. Staff are all welcoming, polite & friendly. Chiara was very helpful at checkin & in allocation of our rooms. Both Chiara & Lucrezia guided us to visiting the touristy sites & advised us about restaurants where we were served delicious meals. Our checkout was very smooth with the help of Giada the Front Desk Manager. Lastly, we would like to thank Ilaria from the Bar who is courteous, obliging & kept supplying us with teabags & milk apart from alcoholic drinks when required.

Upon arrival, the staff was courteous and quickly accommodated us. We were not placed in the main building, but in a neighboring building.

Overall, the hotel is pleasant and located in a quiet northern part of Rome. There are no crowds of tourists in the area, so it is suitable for those seeking privacy and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle.

The hotel is well maintained, neatly renovated, and offers good service. I liked the courtyard with an orange tree — it is cozy and pleasant to relax in the evening.

On the downside, the rooms and bathrooms are quite small and not very comfortable, especially if you are traveling with a family. There is no parking, which is a significant drawback if you are traveling by car — you need to think about this in advance.

Breakfast is simple and standard, as in many hotels of this level — nothing fancy, but quite acceptable. We were unable to fully evaluate the hotel restaurant, as we only ordered dessert, which was not impressive. Perhaps the main courses are better.

The location is far from the main attractions of Rome, in a residential area, so the infrastructure is not well developed — there are few shops and cafes nearby.

The hotel is suitable if you are passing through for 1–2 days, have a transfer arranged, or are on a business trip. Otherwise, you can find hotels with a better location in Rome for the same price.

The overall impression is good thanks to the attentive and helpful staff, cleanliness, and quiet atmosphere. Just keep in mind the nuances with parking, room size, and remoteness.
