One of the most memorable stays we’ve ever had. Junior suite was really nice. Hotel staff absolutely so helpful at every turn, very professional and courteous. We will definitely go back some day. The grotto is a must do!

Do not take the quadruple prestige bedroom, is a scam! It is a scam. 330 Euros for not having even a real bed. The room is not a real quadruple bedroom (see pictures - two of the four beds are not real beds) and you can barely walk around! Plus, we arrived and found an insect in the room. Terrible value for money.

Loved this place, great natural spa and really beautifully furnished. Also amazing breakfast.

Great location for local site seeing. The thermal baths (especially the hot and cold water circuit, which is a must) and grotto were well worth the visit. The breakfast buffet is good, too, with many choices. The only issue was the WiFi, which we had to get reset every day or so.

Recently updated hotel, with beautiful lobby and decent breakfast. If you rent a room you have access to robe and slippers for pool and grotto. Service was friendly and accommodating. It was serene and calming.

Viterbo is a beautiful area and recommend a few nights here. Will come back for sure.
