Every room detail wisely arranged, breakfast very good! Bus 49 to metro and center of Rome, very convenient!

The rooms are outdated, but it is clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is nice. It is conveniently located 10 minutes' walk from the subway station and has gated parking!

Not a 4 stars hotel! we paid 100 euros extra for a supliment bed for 3 days a little boy of 4y old. We had 2 extra beds, both terrible!! like broken in half. Breakfast was fine. Location of the hotel is a disaster, very dirty and with bad ppl.

I was impressed with the courtesy of the front desk staff, the convenience of the hotel location and comfort of the rooms.

Pictures look nicer than reality. Our bathroom ceiling had a leak and no door. It just had a folding that you were expected to move every time you wanted to access the bathroom. The staff are warm and friendly. Ther elevator in the hotel is unique which requires manual closing a good experience. Sephora MAC and Kiki Milano are all nearby  Spanish steps as well. Zara men outlet and many other Branded goods shops nearby.

Excellent hotel Nice room decor, bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, fast Wi-Fi, close to all the sights, restaurants, and shops, decent breakfasts. The only minor drawback: there are no outlets near the beds, only USB, which is a bit outdated. Many chargers use either a Type-C or a wall outlet, so I had to charge my phone in a different outlet.

Breakfast was great with excellent service staff. Cant remember the name but he was a Filipino guy who has moved to Rome to work. Gave us some good tips of Rome and very knowledgeable. Loved the location right in the heart of Via Del Corso. Only issue was the hot water was not consistent and only works when we turn on the sink tap.

Papillo was clean. Service was not always the best. Also, I have never been in a hotel with a mini bar that is totally empty. And no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Just an observation - the key card for the room sometimes becomes inoperable and it needs to be renewed at the reception. It happens more often than what is expected.

During the day, the hotel transforms into a pedestrian street. It's not far from the subway station and very conveniently located near the Vatican. A delicious restaurant is a 10-minute walk away, but the supermarket next door is quite expensive. I recommend buying food and water at the larger supermarket near the subway station.

The first room we occupied could use a little more care with decor and air flow. The hot water didn’t work the first few evenings but only in the AM.

I stayed two separate times in a span of a week in different rooms. The first stay the room was larger but had an ant issue and made the room feel dirty. However the second room I stayed in was clean but a bit smaller. Other than the ant issue I would stay at the hotel again as the buffet breakfast was very convenient for my stay.
