We love going to Silva Hotel Splendid. Over the years, we think it has gone from strength to strength. The re-furbished rooms are lovely. The Spa is excellent. Breakfast is very good. The staff are nearly all very helpful and friendly.

Nice atmospheric hotel. Rooms a bit more than basic.. Great breakfast buffet. Shame the gym and spa was being renovated, so we couldn’t visit it.

My stay exceeded expectations! Hotel staff was very accommodating, meals were wonderful. The purpose of my stay was the group cycling. The ride leaders were fantastic! They safely guided us through the countryside to scenic and historical sights. The spa and pool facilities were great after a day of cycling. I highly recommend, and I would do this trip again!

The hotel boasts a great location, within walking distance of major attractions and restaurants. However, travelers planning to walk to the train station with luggage should allow extra time, as check-out can be time-consuming and the side streets can be difficult to navigate. Good hotel and next to the trainstation. Many restaurants near by and easy to walk to all the main attractions in the city. The rooms are not big but they have good invironment, cosy and romantic. The toilet and shower could be better and the elevator is really small. Breakfast is okey and the starf are helpful.

Business hotel close to Rome Termini. The room was very small and the bed not very comfortable. Had to check out early and the manager said they'd contact me to get a voucher instead of a refund, but I haven't heard from them. All super friendly and kind staff and we enjoyed our stay there. Breakfast was good (starts from 7:15am so if you book the earliest slot for Colosseum or Vatican museum, you might need to skip). Location is excellent if you want to visit the popular sites. You would need a taxi or transit to visit the Vatican. Lots of cafes and restaurants but you can get easily duped by some of these restaurants being in a touristy area. So, always ask for the price of the food. Staff were pleasant, breakfast was basic ( eggs cost extra). We had a suite so it was nice ( comes at extra cost).

The hotel is pretty good, and the room was clean and tidy. My only minor complaint is that they don't provide bottled water, which I noticed many guests bringing back from the supermarket themselves. It’s not the newest hotel but give you the experience of it. Excellent ubication not in the center and fantastic well comunicate by buses to diffent points of the city. When we were tired the rooms was incredible fresh to rest on it. The breakfast is enough with incredible fresh food. All the employees were very helpful and always the front desk suggest things.

Positive stay experience and very kind and qualified staff

The front reception was not too nice and they also did not mark down that we already paid the city tax upon checking out. The roof was also leaking water when it rained that night and woke me up. It was not the best experience.

Even just visiting, the Hassler hotel feels legendary. You can feel its elegance everywhere. The real treat is the 7th floor rooftop, *mozzafiato* views of Rome’s rooftops and domes that make you stop and just stare. Had a very nice stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating such as when we asked for extra pillows. Rooms were nice however would have liked a kettle in the room and plug or usb sockets closer to the bed. Overall was a nice stay. We just stayed for a night before our cruise and the Aleph hotel is simply gorgeous. We were upgraded to a suite which was very spacious and had all the amenities. A very charming hotel, very good location and excellent staff. Very spacious room with views of the park, no noise. Very good breakfast also with views of the park. The only detail that I didn't like is that when paying the rates they ask you if you want to include a tip. I think it's an uncomfortable situation since tips to the staff (who deserve them) should always be voluntary.

I wouldn't say it was exceptional, just average, and the bed was quite large. For Rome, it's a decent value, provided you have a car or know how to get there. The location isn't great, though, being far from both the metro and train stations. The breakfast was decent, with freshly ground coffee and real milk, which was quite good.
