Good hotel

Perfect location to see the historical sights of Rome. Breakfast was fantastic both in variety and location. Three or more restaurants, bars to a meal and drink. Tourist friendly prices, the restaurant manager could not have been more helpful or friendly.
Highly recommended if you are travelling to Rome.

Location is great, walking distance to all luxury shops and the Spanish Steps, great restaurants near by too. Hotel rooms are tiny and some smaller than a cruise ship. Barely enough room for one personl. if you have a lot of luggage you will be in person. Steps entering going down when you come in the lobby and then everything else is back up again. Some staff members can be very rude where others are helpful.

We decided to come back here after spending 4 days first time three years ago.
The location is amazing. They have roof top bars and restaurant with a wonderful view.
Service is amazing. The staff couldn’t be more warming, friendly, exceptional. All of them. We had lunch in they restaurant Brillo, a fantastic Asian dinner at their newly open Asian roof restaurant. Drinks at the other bar. Staff is wonderful and service too.
Little note to management: let your staff wear summer uniforms for those serving in the restaurants. With this hot weather we could see the suffering on their face. Don’t know… nice elegant linen shirt and trousers for example.
More air con in restaurants and roof top areas would be also beneficial.
We will definitely come back! Hopefully soon. This is now home for us when in town!

A nice location in the heart of Rome.Next to shopping areas and Spanish steps.
The negative things about the hotel are:
The room rate is very expensive for the size of the rooms.IE more than 500 hundred dollars per night for 16 square meters.
It is actually a 3 stars hotel and not 4 at all.
Breakfast on the rooftop was good and the servants were very cordial and helpful and in particular one servant named Marah who was very helpful and polite and always meet us with a smiley face.
My husband and I were disappointed by our experience in this hotel.

A very well located hotel in a busy street o Rome, close to various attractions as the Leonardo da Vinci museum, the Fontaine and various stores, perfect for people wanting to explore the city. The hotel is feeling with a stunning collection of art work and some fashion items, the regular rooms are bit small compared to others I’ve been too and at the time of my stay there was some issue with the air conditioning and was it’d get sweaty hot at night, in my last night I was provided with 1 of the only 4 mobile air conditioners units they have.

Summing up, it’s a beautiful hotel, great decor and minor inconveniences.

Just far enough away from Rome's tourist center to get you away from the crowds and inflated prices. A block from Piazza Popolo. The Hotel and it's owners Group Valadier, have developed properties on a city block including the hotel, two high end restaurants and a trattoria on the corner, Brillo. The hotel is fitted out luxuriously with much marble, statues and artwork. Rooms are small, shower door was barely 18 inches/45 centimeters wide. Functional, but obviously space is a challenge in the old building's frame. Still made for a great home base with easy access to taxis and metro (10 minute walk to Spagna). Attached restaurants Hi Res, Moon and club next door mean you can eat drink and be merry without venturing too far. Great atmosphere in the surrounding area and plenty of choices for breakfast lunch, aperitivo or dinner. Walking distance to Spagna district, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and other Northwestern attractions. Spagna Metro to Termini puts the rest of Rome in easy reach once you master the ticketing process.

Great place to stay with regards to location if you want something central, close to great shops and with close by restaurants. The room I stayed in felt like I was in a movie set - in the 80's (Not sure of the decade). But it definitely had a LOT of character. Bold. Mirrors everywhere, even on the ceiling which, to me, was a bit odd. The size of the room was small, but I think this is typically European and not uncommon.

Bathroom felt the same a bit dated. It did have - a douche/bidet for those that look for that. I think this is common in Rome and Italy in general.

Staff was all very friendly and helpful.

Restaurant on the rooftop should not be missed at sunset. Beautiful and gives you a break from the bustle not too far from the hotel.

All in all a great stay.

Amazing location! Two minutes walk from Via Del Corso. The breakfast in the top floor is a MUST. The only problem for me was the room size: it is very small, not spacious and very dark.
