A bit cramped but understandable since it's Rome. Was around everything I needed.

Near Rome terminal station and subway in 5 mins walk.

8 minutes walk from rome termini station and bus station Has many restaurant nearby.

Bed was comfortable. Room size was okay. Bathroom was not up to mark with lack of amenities. Breakfast was limited because of lack of halal options. A bit outside of central Rome, so traffic wasn't an issue. The stay was very comfortable, and the hotel is new.

The room was upgraded for free, which was great. The room was large, clean and tidy, and the breakfast was great. The train next to it is very convenient, and you can take it directly to the Colosseum. Dinner is also available, but reservations are required. Carrefour supermarket next to it is very convenient for shopping

Although the hotel rooms need update, overall the property is well maintained. The front desk service is customer focused. Two front desk staff, Annalise & Lali, are head and shoulders above their peers. The restaurant service and food quality are fair. Although the facility is distant from main Ancient Rome attractions, access is facilitated by a somewhat reliable 30-40 minute tram.

The parking is ample. The breakfast was good, the environment is peaceful, and they have a swimming pool and gym. The front desk staff were very friendly. It's conveniently located near the highway, and there are many good, affordable restaurants nearby.

Aside from its safety, this hotel was pretty mediocre. The interior decor, bedding, and bathroom felt like something out of a 90s motel in China. It's probably around the level of a newer, more technologically advanced hotel in China – equipped with smart technology. The receptionist, Nicola, didn't seem very enthusiastic. The price of around 1000 RMB is acceptable normally, but 3000 RMB during peak season is definitely not worth it. The surrounding environment isn't great either.

The transportation is relatively convenient, it is also very quiet, and you can store your luggage for free. It is a great choice for a wonderful Roman holiday!

The location is great and the service was good. We had an issue with our room, and the hotel staff did their best to solve it. When they couldn't solve it, they transferred us to a different room the next day. In general, the hotel is very clean, with excellent bedding and an amazing breakfast. The decor is really nice, with very pleasing colors. I absolutely loved the scent of the toiletries. Breakfast was also delicious, and the coffee was surprisingly good for a self-service buffet. The room doesn't provide normal room facilities like body lotion, water kettle, water bottle. Nothing was kept inside room. While checking out they ask me for their review and i gave my honest feedback same as above. They told me you should have asked for it. The hotel's location is unbeatable, and the service is pretty good too. However, the room isn't actually small, but the design and layout make it feel very cramped. Plus, there's only one charging outlet in the entire room, and it's right above the headboard... The hotel breakfast is decent, with a variety of food and drinks.

It was satisfactory. Very old plumbing, lots of dust, everyone wrote about the maze. You can put up with it for one night's sleep, but otherwise it's very sad. The air conditioning doesn't work, the view is of a garbage dump, everything smells bad and is depressing. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

Stayed here for part of my honeymoon. I can't say enough good things about the concierge. They were so helpful. They gave great directions and advice for getting around the city. The hotel is also right by a bus stop which made getting around easy. They had an answer for every question we had, and we had a lot of questions being first time tourists.

Summary - as Hilton's go this is really good. A 35 minutes walk north of the city from the Spanish steps this smaller a Hilton has a lot going for it. Excellent rooms, friendly staff, lots of amenities and really good service. If you fancy staying in Rome but out of the centre then this hotel is highly recommended. It's right opposite the bus stop that will get you into the centre on no time.
