The hotel's location is unbeatable, and the service is pretty good too. However, the room isn't actually small, but the design and layout make it feel very cramped. Plus, there's only one charging outlet in the entire room, and it's right above the headboard... The hotel breakfast is decent, with a variety of food and drinks.

It was satisfactory. Very old plumbing, lots of dust, everyone wrote about the maze. You can put up with it for one night's sleep, but otherwise it's very sad. I've stayed at this hotel a few times. The location is good, and the breakfast is nice. However, in my opinion, the management quality has declined significantly. The air conditioning/heating wasn't working, and the lightbulbs were flickering, which just needed a simple replacement. Other than that, everything else was not bad.

The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is also very convenient, so I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Rome.

This was my second time at this hotel. I was there last year and everything was fine. This year, there was a crack in the window and a few other things that we didn't like.

The staff is very friendly, and the parking is excellent. It seems like a good hotel for travelers who rent a car. However, Wi-Fi access is rarely available on higher floors. If you're using a laptop for video conferencing, you'll likely have to connect from the first-floor lobby. Therefore, it would be nice to see improvements to the facilities for business travelers.

The hotel was very charming with an old fashioned look but modern amenities. It’s small and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, with exceptional support from housekeeping. A highlight was the complimentary prosecco toast on the rooftop for viewing fireworks on New Years Eve.

I chose the Hotel Pulitzer Rome for my business trip, and it was incredibly convenient. It's just a three-minute walk to Marconi metro station, and getting to Termini train station was also very easy.
