The hotel is nice ,clean and service is great but the location is far from any major train or bus stations
Good to stay Little bite far from city center
A decent hotel, let down by lacking breakfast and Close enough to Ciampino airport for a one night stay before travelling on The poor star review though was for the repeated, intermittent buzzing noise coming from the room. It was loud and disturbing. There was an electricity breaker box in the room so probably came from that Disturbed nights sleep Breakfast choices were ok however hadn’t been...
The hotel is in a run down area, far out from the city center. Staff are polite but lack enthusiasm. The breakfast is cold and basic. What's supposed to be hot food is lukewarm, pots kept warm by a glow candle underneath. Dinner service is OK,the staff lack enthusiasm here as well, managed by some little man manager called Evil. He walks around with alcohol in hand, in a poor quality 'suit' with no...

Great location. Nice staff. Worth money. Good breakfast. Good in overall.
The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the hotel itself is grand. I'd recommend it for both business trips and leisure travel.
Good hotel, allowed early check in. Room is really spacious as well and clean. Just a bit old
Unfortunately, our trolley suitcase was stolen from the front of the hotel. Despite this stressful situation, the hotel staff were incredibly kind, supportive, and professional. Luca B. took special care of us, and we truly felt that we were not left alone to deal with it. The hotel took responsibility and compensated us, which we deeply appreciated. Beyond this incident, the hotel itself is very...
We had been staying here 30 years ago for our honeymoon and came again to celebrate our 30th Wedding anniversary here again. The hotel has its long history and being well decorated. We had a very good time staying here and we look forward to having my 40th anniversary here again. The train station is just around the corner. We can go to most of the attractions on foot in 15 to 30 minutes.
We were two families staying here, had one family room and one junior suite. Super clean rooms and the size is great comparing with usual Rome hotels room size. Location of the hotel is fantastic, the suite is newly renovated. The service provided by Roberta since check in and during all the stay was exceptional! She was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional, and truly made our stay more comfortable...

Hotel is very nice situated near Termini Station. Staff is very nice and friendly. Amenities are a bit modest.
The hotel was very accessible, being close to the terminal station. The room was spacious and clean. For laundry, there wasn't a self-service laundry room; instead, it was a paid service. So, I looked for an external laundromat nearby, and since it was close, it wasn't an issue at all.
I had a lot of concerns about finding accommodations in Rome, but this was a very clean and comfortable place. The staff were also very friendly!
It was very clean!!! It was close to the station and easy to get to. The breakfast was also delicious, and I ate it every day.
The hotel is very conveniently located close to the train station, making transportation a breeze. Among hotels in the same price range, the room here is the most spacious. I had a comfortable and satisfying stay.
The accommodation was in good condition, and the breakfast and service were great!

I miss the staff at Le Meridien Visconti Rome. The location is nestled in a cute neighborhood in the heart of Rome. You are a 5-minute walk from the Vatican Piazza Cavour, a 15-minute walk from Vatican City, and maybe a 20-minute walk from Piazza Navona, to name a few. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and the bed is very comfortable. Although I love Roman water, a great touch was the refillable...
Our family had a truly enjoyable stay at the Rome Le Meridian Visconti Hotel from February 22 to 27. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the team was always friendly and ready to help with any questions or requests. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a family, with all the necessary...
Very nice hotel. Good location to both Vatican City and Spanish steps. Nearby supermarket and eateries. Everything within walking distance. Highly recommended. Room is spacious and very modern with free flow of ice and water. My second stay there.
Le Méridien is a gem of a hotel in every sense of the word. Located in the core center of Rome. When you're staying here, you're within walking distance to the Vatican Museum, Vatican City, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, and so many more major sites - plus shopping! The staff at Le Méridien is wonderful. Above & beyond quality service. We celebrated our wedding anniversary during our stay...

Our first night in Italy was spent at this hotel near the airport. Despite its proximity, it was surprisingly quiet. The triple room was a bit small, but breakfast started at 6 AM with a great variety of options. It's an excellent hotel for a layover and definitely worth considering.
Nice little hotel that's near to Fiumicino airport. There's bus stop just outside the hotel to get to ostia town..
This hotel is amazing. It comes with a shuttle to the airport. Please make sure you download the map and ask how to locate the shuttle. Check in was very easy. The room is wonderful and comfortable. It’s also very quiet. The food is delicious as well. The coffee is fresh. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Thank you again. I appreciate it.
Good location if needing to stay near the airport Great breakfast  Shuttle was expensive with hidden taxes when you could use public transport to be dropped outside of hotel Pool is clean AC didn’t work in two rooms (we booked 2 rooms)
Wonderful stay at the hotel - professional staff at the reception desk and check in was seamless. Hotel is very impressive and beautiful grounds . Good spread for breakfast and it was really value for money. Would highly recommend this hotel . We stayed for one night to catch an early flight out of Rome so proximity to the airport was really convenient. T
Even though we were staying on Christmas Eve, everything was functioning and the staff was very helpful. We checked in at around 2 pm at no additional cost. Moreover, we were leaving at 3 am and they were kind enough to offer us a box breakfast to take away. I posted this previously but it wasn't loaded? Not sure why. Went for sports event with friends, but the hotel description is misleading. It resembles student halls of residence and rooms are extremely basic. Breakfast ok and bar and staff great. 15 minutes walk to metro station but on the right line for everything.
Good rooms, staff was very courteous.
Clean room, bathroom with super comfortable shower. Restaurant with excellent value. There are plenty of spaces in the lobby to relax. Book corner and ping pong table.
Great hotel outside city center Great hotel with good facilities and friendly staff who were willing to help with any need we had. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable!
Family friendly Family friendly hotel with clean, comfortable rooms, a nice breakfast, children’s play area, and pool. We especially appreciated the family room for two adults and two children (many hotels have a maximum of three in a room) and friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is close to Rome Finnicino Airport, 25 minutes by car, and close to the Vatican, 20 minutes by car. The room is also large, the soundproofing is slightly worse, but the price-performance ratio is very high
I really like the attention of the front desk staff and the cleaning crew. Also the coffee is really good
The room was okay, bathroom is big. Check in and check out was quick

I picked this hotel because the pictures looked really good and it was within my price range. I really wanted a hotel with a pool, however, due to the time of the year that we came there are no pools available in Rome. I also picked it because it had a breakfast included. The hotel is a bit run down. It's fine for an overnight layover. It's really more like a 3-star Italian hotel, at best.
The location was excellent — very close to the airport and extremely convenient. The free shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes, 24/7, which made getting to and from the airport super easy for us. Perfect for travelers with early or late flights!
Last minute booking due to British Airways cockup. Very clean and comfortable room and hotel, convenient for the airport. Front desk very helpful.
Overall is reasonable if you need airport transfers. Other than that, interior of hotel eg reception and room is old though functioning well.

Good and clean hotel. Location is near Vatican City. As Asian, it is common to encounter ****** in Italy so here is the same. Don’t take it to heart when people are beneath you. Other than that, good hotel to stay.
This is a very standard hotel. The facilities and decor are quite new, and there were festive graffiti and activities, though we didn't participate. The New Year's Eve party was lively, making it a very welcoming hotel. I liked the gym and pool; the facilities were quite clean. I didn't get to try breakfast this time, and the price was a bit high during the New Year's Day period.
The rooms aren't as big as they say they are, and the hotel's divided into two buildings, and the bathrooms are pretty big, so for one night, they're barely average.
Very nice hotel with super service. Location is a bit out of the Centre, but accessible via Metro
The reason I only give 2 for amenities because the pool and facility for the spa were not available. It was out since February and Trip.com didn’t posted it. The reason I booked this hotel because of the indoor pool.
Cool style hotel, all new and clean. Highly recommended for a couples weekend, not so suitable for families. Very comfortable beds, large TV etc. GYM is also fine. Great rooftop and good food in the hotel restaurant.

It's a serviceable hotel in a good location. Not much more to say about it. Service was average to bad at best. A couple of actively rude staff. Perfectly understandable, mistakes happen, but it was said in a rude tone and they became argumentative when...

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Shangri-La Roma by Omnia Hotels. The location is absolutely perfect – close to the EUR district and well connected to the rest of Rome, making it easy to reach both the historic center and business areas. Excellent location with convenient parking. The hotel facilities are mostly complete, and the overall layout is elegant and unique. The hygiene is good, and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast was great!
The hotel is a 20-30 minute taxi ride from the airport and a few bus stops away from the nearest subway station. On my first night, I arrived late and wasn't sure how to take the bus from the subway station, so I ended up taking an Uber. It's actually very convenient; the bus stop is right outside the subway exit, no stairs needed. Different bus routes go to the hotel, some are just one stop away....

Front desk staff, especially Marco, were wonderful and the restaurant was excellent. In particular Giulio and Martina, as well as the food. Seriously, don't book old hotels. I passed by so many new and better hotels nearby that weren't even listed on the app. So strange.
This time, I stayed at a hotel that seems to be a popular choice among Chinese travelers, and my overall experience was pretty good. The location is convenient if you’re coming from the airport, but it’s still quite far from the city center. I hung the “Do Not Disturb” sign because I didn’t want housekeeping to enter, but they came in anyway. They even took a bag that wasn’t trash — it contained souvenirs I had just bought. The hotel is in a decent location not far from Trastevere. I got an older room clearly not like the ones the hotel is promoting. It had a small kitchen. But had nothing for it, not even some utensils. The room was big but dated. Wouldn’t mind staying again. My room was by the road and was a bit noisy at times from the road.
Great hotel great location great service Only downside was that the mattresses were very soft and quite old, however we asked for them to be replaced and it was done!!!
The hotel was fantastic overall! The staff, the huge room, the cleanliness, the amazing breakfast, and the unbeatable location. I would definitely stay again!
The rooms on the top floor of the building appear to have been created following an expansion that wasn't very ergonomically successful. Routine maintenance work is rough, with obvious paint chips and smudges. The room was quite dirty, especially under the bed and on the floor. The electrical system needs updating.
The staff were lovely and the family room was fantastic for travelling with two toddlers. All the major sites were really easily accessible from the bus stop nearby and there was a great supermarket just around the corner. I would definitely stay at Hotel Ripa again.
Nice hotel with a modern vibe. Good breakfast. If you’re looking for a crash pad in a good area then stay here. The staff couldn’t care less if you’re staying there.
