Great location! Just out of the Central Station. It's 1 star hotel. If you are solo or need just a place to sleep it's fine. No availability for air-condition or breakfast. The shared bathroom was smelly and dirty. We left the window open to get some breeze, as a result we heard everything from the busy road street outside.

Came here after more than a year with a couple of friends. Super friendly staff and amazing location, in a couple of minutes we were at the train station.

Good hotel on a budget and friendly staff. Due to its location it can get very noisy at night. They can improve their facilities but overall they treated me and my family very well and gave us good recommendations. Thank you!!

Very difficult to communicate with the staff if you dont speak Italian. Cleanliness is a big issue! Very tiny private bathrooms and rooms can get very hot during summers. No AC and you cannot keep the windows open as it gets too noisy during the night. Good location and budget friendly if you want to stay central and close to the main train station. Good accessibility to supermarket, restaurants, bars, bike/ car rentals.

Amazing, kind staff. I had injured my leg while traveling and was transported back to the La Spezia for treatment. When I was released, I could not walk far. We had no place to stay. The staff went out of their way to help us with a place to stay for the night, helped us get what we needed to accommodate my disability, and even helped us to the train and on our way. Gracie mille!

Decent price, but very hot and noisy room - it felt like all the cars drove straight through our room all night long. Shared bathroom in the corridor.

Hotel was ok. Very close to train station and easy to find. Personal was kind and nice. We haven't had any problem.
But hotel was very ugly and old. There is no lift up.
We had room at the very top floor and the view was amazing ? mostly from the shower ?
Wifi ok. Not very fast.
We paid 53€/2 persons/ one night which was little bit expensive due to quality of room.
But it's good place to sleep if you just want see cinqueTerre.

Very basic, clean sheets but mouldy bathroom. Beds were creaky and falling apart. Lady at the front desk was nice but little else of quality to recommend. Only came because everything else was booked solid

The shared bathroom was not always clean (although 24/24 was not expected) and the mattresses were just awful - noisy and uncomfortable.
We were supposed to have a double bed but got 2 single beds put together instead, although not at the same level in height.
Good for value, I would say, and close to the train station, which is a plus to visit 5terre. There must be better options (and cheaper) out there.
