Residence Il Monello in Loano

Beautiful building, very nice and well-furnished apartments with two comfortable terraces, well-stocked with kitchen utensils, bathroom and kitchen linens. Elevator and solarium. We spent a relaxing week.
We had a great time despite the nearby railway, but we love trains, so we weren't disturbed. The lady at reception is very kind and helpful.
We went in February, and with the seaside climate and the sun, it was a lovely holiday. Bye, Mery

We stayed at this residence for the second time in July. I can confirm the positive features I'd already noted last year: the very convenient location near the town center and the seafront, the impeccable cleanliness, the functionality of the apartment, though small, with closets and shelves for storage, the very comfortable sofa bed, and two balconies useful for hanging out laundry.
Compared to last year, we were on the side facing the train and the road, so there was more noise in the evenings, but I must say I still slept well, and with the French windows closed, it was barely noticeable.
Mrs. Maria, who manages the residence, is very kind and helpful.
In short...a welcoming place, and after a while, it almost feels like home.

I returned to this property after many years of not being there for personal reasons. My experience, which has always been positive, has improved even further since this last visit. The apartments have been partially renovated, are spotless, and equipped with everything you need. The location is quiet in the center of Loano and convenient to the beach.
Mrs. Maria's management is always impeccable.

Excellent residence just steps from the sea. The well-designed and comfortable apartments include a kitchenette, a small living room, a nice bedroom, and a bathroom with a small storage closet. Very clean and quiet. The exterior is well-maintained. The receptionist is very friendly, helpful, and attentive to guests' needs. All in all, a lovely place to stay, highly recommended.

Convenient and strategic location right next to the main square in Loano's historic center. Our two-room apartment on the third floor is bright and airy, with double exposure and a view of the Duomo dome. Spacious and spotlessly clean, with two balconies, well-furnished, two spacious closets, and comfortable mattresses; the kitchen features an induction stovetop, pots and pans, nice dishes, and a microwave, as well as a drying rack and a sofa bed. The bathroom is simple, spacious, and practical.
The residence is equipped with convenient ramps and a reserved parking area for loading and unloading, suitable for wheelchair users and strollers. Free parking is available in a fenced area 1.3 km away near the Marina. The reception service is impeccable, with courtesy and friendliness greatly appreciated!
For us it was a good choice in the historic center: very convenient both for shops, supermarkets and restaurants, and for reaching the beaches in 10 minutes: clear sea and a pleasant seafront..... The only flaw (if you are looking for silence) you can hear the passage of cars, sirens and trains, being next to the railway and the Aurelia.
