Small hotel well located two steps from the sea, at the seaside resort of Pietra Ligure. It offers cosy rooms with balconies and sea views. On the first floor of the restaurant is pizzeria. A good choice for a family beach holiday.

Location: on the coast of Pietra Ligure, 100 metres from the sea, 72 km from Genoa airport, 242 km from Milan Malpensa airport, 193 km from Turin airport, 256 km from Bergamo airport.

Consists of a 6-storey building.

The hotel has 40 rooms.

Beach: public sandy beach, 100 m from the hotel (1st coastal line). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Sun beds, umbrellas - for a fee. The beach is 5 km away.

Friendly service and great housekeeping, good price, great breakfast. The place looks great too. Location is perfect and parking convenient. Major downside: it was very noisy inside due to other guests watching the TV on maximum volume and being very loud in their rooms. The walls/doors do not keep out any noise at all, so sleeping was almost impossible until late at night - mind you, I live in a party area and next to a tram line back home and I'm used to a lot of noise, but this was next level. Guests should be told to respect other guests due to the building's structural limitations.

We stay for 1 night at luxury room with terrace, which was at high price level. But we couldnt enjoy it at all, because air condition was not working, no way to cool down temperature to have it normal. Staff was not able to help, I assume- they knew the problem. Never ever again there...

This hotel is clean and beautiful. The room was a little bit small. Bathroom and shawer cabine are very small. Is really 3 stars. What would be nice to have in room fridge and at the balcon small table. Breakfast is italian. The rest was very good. Air condition perfect. Cleaning every day. Staff very friendly. The beach 50m. Parking underground 200m from hotel. Conclusion: we will come hire again👍😊

Good hotel just outside the center of Pietra Ligure. The room was spacious and clean and you could see the sea. The breakfast was the "classic" one that can be found in a hotel. When we arrived the children's beds had not been made. As soon as we reported the problem and once we went out for dinner, the staff made the beds and added a bed rail (again at our request). Optimal!

Excellent hotel.....refined environment....super professional staff.....very kind owner, friendly and always available to meet customer needs, in Europe I have never found such a professional and kind person....Unique ! Restaurant: excellent quality, normal portions, but an encore can be made on request. Rooms and spacious bathroom.... Hotel parking very close....equipped beach very close....Hotel also equipped for disabled people.....Highly recommended

A stone's throw from the sea, a stone's throw from the center. My husband and I had a very good time in this hotel, the spacious room, sea view, very nice and very clean. The rich and quality breakfast. The girls at the reception Marta, Martina, Rossana, very helpful and professional. We will definitely be back.

10 days ago it opened up after renovating and let me tell you; it's a dream come true. The atmosphere, interior design, the rooms (loved the towels), staff and owner. Loved it! Sidenote; It's a bit noisy so earplugs for light sleepers and you'll enjoy the bed even more!

Small room and very small bathroom. Noisy air conditioner.The safe was broken and after asking 4 times if it could be fixed no one came. Careless cleaning, both in the room and the dining tables. The only positive thing is the food, simple but good. Congratulations to the cook.
