I rent one single room for 5 days. In April, the room radiator was on and you could not change the temperature. I had to open the window, which made the alley sound in the room. The services started their work at 9 in the morning and loudly prevented you from resting. The bed and bedding smelled of dust.

I stayed in this hotel from May 13 to 15 this year, and I can say that the room is extremely clean, the bathroom is clean, the bed linen and towels are clean, the location is excellent, just a few minutes from the Metro, the area where the hotel is located is exceptional, and it is close to very high-quality restaurants, pastry shops, cafes I am very satisfied with the store and everything that is necessary.

Nice cosy Hotel in relation to its price - we paid 35 € what is literally nothing.
Additionally, we forgot our iPhone in the hotel and they found it and send it immediately back to Germany. Great service, great price and the standard is also quite good for its price.

Good location. The location is not far from the centre, just 20min or so in the metro. Rooms are ok, i wish the bathrooms are more cleaner. There are tiny mold spot on the bathroom walls.

The staff professional, the rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious and the lighting effect is very good, the bed is also soft and comfortable. Nearby shopping and sightseeing.

The hotel is nice but very thin walls Wake up from the cleaners, is located near the city centre, were invited for Breakfast reluctantly.

Room with private bathroom, very cheap. Easy to find, two steps from the metro station lambrate. Surely we'll go back.

I stayed for 5 nights in June 2019 and intially I was in a small room on the top floor. On the second night I got eaten by bed bugs and grabbed one in a tissue and showed reception. They were quick to change my room to a much larger and nicer room on a lower floor but I was concerned that they did not appreciate the importance of sealing off that room and having it professionally steamed and cleaned to kill the bed bugs and any eggs. The location of this hotel was great being close to the train station but I couldn't take the risk of staying there again.

It's pretty average, but it looks a little dated. Comfortable enough for a night. Near some pretty good places, close to transport.
