Milan Retreats Duomo Suites Beauty & Spa in Milan

This is a chain Airbnb, and each location has a different address. I chose this one because of its super convenient location, but the room was old and the floor was scratched (so I immediately contacted the staff via WhatsApp after checking in to avoid any misunderstanding that we were responsible)! We stayed for four nights! On the second night, the water heater suddenly stopped working while we were showering, and there was no hot water (it was only 9°C outside). We had to wash ourselves with ice-cold water (which might be why I caught a cold the next day)! After contacting the staff via WhatsApp the next morning, they remotely reset the water heater and fixed it. Personally, I don't think this Airbnb, apart from its superb location (a 5-minute walk to Notre Dame Cathedral, and the apartment is above various famous shops), has anything else I would recommend!

The room was very clean, lots of amenities and great location. Walking distance to the Center. Staff is great. We had an amazing time!

We had a great stay at this Milan retreat. The location is excellent — convenient and easy to get around. The host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is newly renovated, well equipped, and spacious.
Although a late check-out wasn’t provided, the host kindly offered access to their nearby office so we could freshen up before our late-night flight, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!

They are not hotel. And this is not clear at *******. So you need to pay extra if you want cleaning de room. The bathroom is small en the bed is horrible.

A beautiful clean modern apartment in a central location, just 1-2 minute walk from the Duomo Cathedral & main Shopping Gallery - easy access from train line with luggage.
Great communication from the host.
When back in Milan we’ll be staying here again!

The place is beautiful! Valentina was amazing and very helpful. She also arranged for a water taxi. She made everything easy and took great care of us.

The apartment is so nice and clean. Takes us less than 5 minutes to walk to the Duomo. Pleanty of good restaurants and shops nearby. Wifi does get slow at times. We had a little bir of a hard time getting in the first time but no issue once able to get the keys. Hope to stay there again if return to Milan.

Great place in the center of Milan, near the metro, 5 minutes walk to the supermarket, super cute entrance. It's a pity that I only stayed one night. I'd be happy to come back here again.
