Clean room, staff. The room was cleaned spotlessly each day, and Tatiana is so caring and always asking what you need, once there was a need, she got it done quickly.

The hotel location was convenient for taking the tram. The windows opened wide, and there was a small kitchen, table, sofa bed, etc. in the room. The small kitchen had a refrigerator, microwave, electric range, coffee machine, etc. There were snacks, dry bread, jam, honey, water, and juice in the room, so I could have a simple breakfast. The staff was friendly, and when I checked out, they gave me detailed directions to the airport, so I was able to find my way. Thanks to them, I was able to finish my trip to Milan happily.

Wonderful experience to have the apartment, excellent service from the hostess. Only about 2 KM to Milan church, easy location in city center.

Property management was excellent. Location is noisy with a large round a bout below. Apartment studio was well equipped. Mattress was weak though and not thick enough.
