Excellent B+B! Great hosts, good location, clean quiet room, comfortable bed.

Perfect!!
Lovely friendly and helpful host. Two gorgeous dogs at the guest house. It is a 10 minute walk to/from Milan central station where you can then travel to the main Milan sites.
We arrived early and Flavia invited us in, gave us our room key and stored our luggage until the room was ready.
The premises was exceptionally clean. Don't be put off by the bland front (we walked straight past it initially). Once in the door it is lovely.
We had a great breakfast - fruit bowl, cereals, toast, pastries, orange juice and tea/coffee.
I have nothing negative to say. Excellent value!!

A home from home
Lovely little b+b close up the station but in a quiet, clean and safe road.
Flavia and her parents (and their lovely dogs) made us feel like part of their family and went out of their way to make us feel welcome without being imposing.

Teodora B & B was exceptional! It is close to dining options, the train station & metro. The owners were extremely knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. The breakfast was delicious. We would certainly stay at Teodora B & B again should our travels take us to Milan.

From a warm welcome with coffee and cake on our arrival to packed breakfast for our early departure Theodora B&B proved to be an oasis in the busy chaos of Milan.

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful B&B! It is very clean, close to Milano Centrale train station, and an easy 30min walk into the city center. Flavia greeted us (she speaks wonderful English) and made check-in very easy. We had to leave early in the morning so unfortunately we could not enjoy a full sit down breakfast, but our hosts were kind enough to pack us a wonderful lunch to-go which we enjoyed on the flight home. We hope to return and stay for more than one night next time!

We had a wonderful stay at Teodora B&B. The room was comfortable with a private bath. The air conditioning was welcome since we visited during a heat wave. The property is located very conveniently to the central train station and the Metro. We were able to visit several nice local restaurants for dinner.
The hosts were wonderful. Breakfast foods of all sorts were provided at the time of our choosing. We ate out on their beautiful patio overlooking their century old garden. Tips for staying safe and happy while exploring Milan were very helpful. They made us feel like part of the family.

Very comfortable, lovely welcome, great location for train, nightlife and shopping. Comfortable room with good aircon and lovely breakfast on quiet terrace. Highly recommended and would stay again

Unforgetable stay
Very warm hospitality service provided by the owners, especially from two of the permanant staff; their dogs ;P. Clean and spaceous room. Flexible for our check-in arrangement due to our late arrival from Lake Como. Really appreciate the lady owner for well preparation of our take away breakfast for the early departure on the last day.

The property is lovely. The owner Flavia is a wonderful lady. She even prepared the takeout breakfast for us because we had a early flight.

A small €6 meal turned into €10 (€3 soft drink + €1 service charge). If you want to charge more, just charge more, don't trick people with low deceptive prices. Poor business practice and food was average.

Great staff, great food, although my friend is gluten intolerant, they said they can make the food gluten free, but 100% it wasn’t, my friend felt really sick after dinner

Close to Milano Centrale and very reasonably priced. The owners are lovely and accommodating and the rooms are safe, clean and quiet.
