This is not a hotel, nice people may work there but you cannot find anyone at the reception when you need them! No phones in the room! There is a phone number provided at reception desk and you have to pay international fees to call and you may not get any appropriate response. Disappointing communication system and service. They told me they have shuttle service snd they denied it when I asked for it. You will be on your own if any problem occurs. You get even locked in bc this place is located on 2nd floor in a plaza with iron gates which get locked at night and no-one answers the doorbell assigned to this hotel! Even communication with them through ******* takes time! Seems the staff have no idea about the condition of taxi and uber transportation in this city, they provided me wrong info. So disappointed. I hope it get removed from ******* hotel list

The room is very small, in a very old building, the facilities are very average, and the price is ridiculously high
