Basic and Clean. Front desk staff was kind and accommodating. Value for money
Room was clean.
Elevator was broken.
Pretty good overall.
The room is a bit old but 5 minutes walk from the main station, good price, just a good budget hotel for travelors.
This hotel is very close to Milan Central Station and the airport bus stop, just about a 5-minute walk. If you're only staying for a short time and catching a train the next day, it offers great value for money. The facilities in the room are a bit old; there's no electric kettle, but you can ask the front desk for one. The staff are quite friendly, and the cleaning staff and maintenance worker are...
Hotel Terminal is a great option if you need to stay close to Milano Centrale. It’s definitely an older hotel, but it’s clean and well-kept. The best part? The staff — super friendly and always willing to help. If you're looking for a no-frills, convenient place to rest near the station, this hotel does the job well.
Close to Milan centrale station. Very clean with friendly staff.

Good Hotel to take us around the place. The staff is very co operative.
Very average, poor value for money
Nothing special for the extremely excessive price. Very small bathroom. I paid 140 euros per night alone.
Everything was perfect. Friendly staff ready to meet our needs
Near the metro 2 Famagosta stop, about 3 minutes walk to get there (there is a small underpass)
Clean room with window. Possibility of luggage storage. Hotel a bit peripheral, but with a couple of stops you can reach the Navigli
The hotel has a parking lot, which I did not use.
This hotel is approx 5mins to Metro Station, then 15mins into Central.
Staff are friendly, breakfast adequate.
Restaurants and Small Supermarket about 6mins away.
This would be an amazing hotel if updated.
Rooms dated, require some maintenance.
However value for money, good location.

The hotel is located in the heart of Milan — within walking distance of all the main attractions and the central station. There is a convenient luggage storage option after check-out. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, with plenty of toiletries and a complimentary mini-bar. Breakfast is varied and delicious.
A wonderful bonus was the first complimentary cocktail at the bar every evening. The...
Excellent location, but not more than that. We were disappointed, given the overwhelmingly good reviews on this website. The suite was spacious but not well furnished. The bed and sheets were of low quality. Breakfast offerings were basic. The staff was helpful with our requests (extra pillow and AC adjustment), but we expected more from a hotel that charges such high rates for a stay. Important to...
Wife and I booked a room here at the last minute during the Olympics. Marvelous place! Cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in in my life! Spotless - cleaner than the bathroom at my house (and that's saying something).
And the staff was incredible. They bent over backwards to help us with everything we needed including a last-minute extra night stay where they were able to move us to a single room...
Perfect stay in the heart of Milan.
We stayed in the La Scala Suite at Hotel Milano Castello for two nights in July 2025 and absolutely loved the experience. The suite was incredibly spacious, and the large private balcony made the stay feel even more special.
The hotel’s complimentary evening drinks and snacks were a wonderful touch. We especially enjoyed the Aperol Spritz during aperitivo time...
Hotel is located near Milan Duomo just 10 min walk from Duomo train station. We loved the amenities , the breakfast and Happy hour drink🙂 . The service was really good. Love to stay here again❤️
Huge room!
Excellent breakfast.
Close to everything, Doumo, Castle, public transport, restaurants!

The service was very polite. I was also able to store my luggage in advance.
Great location, clean rooms. Great value for money
Nice, suitable for young people. The room is a bit narrow, but compared to its price, it is suitable. Cleaning service is daily.
Convenient location, close to the metro. Supermarket nearby.
Staff dealing very well and easy to access every place
I'm sure you will not find something similar in Milan for the same price. It is still a walkable distance to Milan downtown and overall is clean, have AC and 24/7 reception. Can't complain.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a two-minute walk from the cathedral. It's surrounded by plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, making it incredibly convenient. Highly recommend!
I stayed here during my trip to Lucerne and found the location excellent — it’s literally just a 5-minute walk from the Chapel Bridge and close to shops, restaurants, and the lake. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a short stay.
My room was next to the elevator, so it was a bit noisy at times, but it wasn’t too bad and understandable for the price. I understand I'm paying...

Hotel near central Milan train and clean
The room itself was clean and quite minimalistic. Housekeeping deserves credit: the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed regularly, and the bathroom was kept tidy. In terms of cleanliness, there were no complaints at all.
However, the bathroom layout is a serious downside. The shower is extremely narrow, and because it only has a shower curtain instead of a rigid door, it is very uncomfortable...
The location and room are perfect, will consider stay here again next time.
Near Milano Centrale. Was there to go to airport Linate in the morning. Easy by public transportations.
Few mins walk from Milan train station :; helpful front desk; ok for short stay
Good a night stay before we have to head off from Milan. Nothing Fancy and in the evening, can be a little 'roudy'. but if you reach the hotel like 7/8pm, would be ok.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly, and the price was excellent.
Although not located in the city center, it was a 5-6 minute walk from the subway station, making it convenient for visiting attractions.
There are two large supermarkets nearby (Carrefour and Esselunga) for affordable food and daily necessities. The breakfast was quite good.
Nice hotel, suitable for short trips. The station is 7 minutes away. Clean.
The hotel is a bit far from Milan Cathedral, but there's a metro station just 300 meters away, offering easy access to all the important sights. Simple and clean, suitable for business trips
Even though there was a sign saying that no cleaning was required, the cleaning staff opened the door without permission. I was traveling alone, so this was extremely scary. The staff was very helpful, the rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. i definitely plan to stay again.
Hard to say it's a pleasant stay.
The staff there is very nice. But unfortunately, the bedspread is just one layer and got nothing inside, plus the temperature of AC is limited to a certain range, which makes night in the room very cold, I found it hard to fall asleep and almost caught a cold the next day.

It's a safe area, so families often walk by with their children even at 10 p.m.

Very good charming and clean hotel
Excellent location, close to the Duomo and many activities to enjoy while visiting Milan. The staff were very attentive. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of variety.
Wonderful hotel in an excellent location a short and interesting walk to the Duomo. Great cafes and restaurants around it. Lovely staff, stylish clean rooms and a generous buffet breakfast. The hotel kindly let us check into our room early as we had flown overnight from Australia and were so tired and in need of a shower! Highly recommended good value hotel.
I was satisfied overall, but the service from the staff was especially great. They even recommended some great restaurants.

I booked this hotel at a very last minute, just one hour before I arrived at Milano Centrale. They upgraded my room and everything met my expectation. It is close to the train station, about 5 to 10 minutes walk.
The hotel is very nice. All new design inside the room. Also the room was warm during winter as well. Just a bit far from the main station (was walking around 10-12 mins) but overall is very good.
We love the good quality of the breakfast and the clean & spacious room. The croissant, chocochip cookies, muffin all so yummy. Everyday they serve different type of bread. Good location, near tram and few minutes walk to Metro.
Having travelled all over Italy I appreciated a manned front desk and elevator. The staff was wonderful and kind. They helped with change for the laundry mat. We didn’t have the breakfast but the space and food looked amazing. Ery modern and clean. Loved that it was close to the central station also.
Good location and very clean room but it's no more than a bed and breakfast. It's not a hotel and not a 3star hotel. Rooms are very small and very overpriced. Apart from that, the place was fine for a family

Fabulous experience, very friendly, helpful and accommodating wishes of customers. Spacious and clean rooms with air conditioning, bathroom equipped with a bidet. Parking is unusual because of location: customers have the choice to park in the surrounding for a fee of 2 Euro/hour or have it dropped at the hotel for 25 Euro flatrate per night (that's what we choose).

In general it is not bad. Hotels in Europe are famous for being small and old, but this one is near the subway entrance, and the cleaning is also diligent. The most important thing is that this is where local Milanese gather, and there is almost no theft or robbery, which is the best aspect of living here.

Basic but perfectly adequate hotel, clean large bedroom and bathroom, excellent location for duomo, 30 minute walk or short tram ride, 10 minute walk to canal district for lots of bars and restaurants, a little noisy from the road early in the morning due to trams and general traffic but this is a major city after all, didn’t bother us as we’re early risers but perhaps consider requesting an off road...
