I spent one night in a single room. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The room was comfortable, small but fine for a single. The bathroom was perfectly clean. The hotel is a bit old style. The location is perfect, since close to the metro. The neighbourhood is calm. From the room it is possible to hear some noises from other rooms, butt his can happen. I could leave my luggage for the day and...
Hotel Vienna in Milan offers a decent stay for travelers looking for basic comfort. The rooms are somewhat small and could use updates, earning just two stars for comfort and amenities. Service is attentive and friendly, with staff ready to assist, which justifies a three-star rating. The location is convenient enough for exploring the city but not right in the heart of major attractions, so it also...
The reception staff are very kind, the neighborhood is quiet and very close to the metro station. The rooms are always clean.
I like the hottle, and staff in the reception were very helpful and kind. i came earlier to the time check-in event that they accepted and the same thing to the time of check- out , the rooms very clean, the location is perfect, it's near to lambrate FS station around 3 minutes.
The Vienna Hotel in Milan has a positive aspect: its location, in a restaurant area and close to the Metro. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, as are the bathrooms. The elevator is minimal, one person with a suitcase is enough. The breakfast is standard, without any luxury, in keeping with the breakfast place. The furniture is also old. A staircase that goes down to a semi-basement...
Totally disagree with review point. Deserve at least 4.5. The hotel is near the train and metro station the location was good. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The area in total did not seem so safe, but the hotel and nearing was okay. We came later than 10 and did not have any trouble
The staff was very kind, as there is not enough facilities in the room, they offer fridge and hot water. The...

You're in the city center in a 30-minute walk or a 6-minute ride on public transport. There are cafes nearby for breakfast, and a Carrefour is right on the corner. In our room, the first day, there was a towel on the floor because the air conditioning was leaking, but they fixed it without any problem on the second day. Overall, the room was comfortable and had a small balcony.
Basic hotel that’s good enough for a short stay in Milan. Everything is about a 20 minute travel from this hotel, but for the price it’s decent and air conditioned and clean
The photo shows one hotel, but they put us in another one in the same building... naturally, the one they put us in was worse. I booked a room with a balcony, but there wasn't one.
Clean and nice rooms, frindley staff and a good brakefast with plenty of healthy options.
For the price this must be one of Milans best chocies when it comes to overnight stayes.
Perfect hotel for visiting Milano. Clean rooms. Good service. What else do you want
The front desk staff is very welcoming and the location is very convenient. It would be better if the breakfast was a little richer. The price is more expensive during the exhibition.

Ok stay, no more. Excellent service by the lovely staff made it worth while and the room was nice and the hotel is very clean. However, the beds are small, both narrow and short, especially for my son who is 2 meters tall. I thought parking was on the premises, it is not, and directions to parking are not clear from the booking site. Corridors etc are very worn and there are plastic plants everywhere...
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Pavone in August, and it was an exceptional experience. I booked a single room, which was impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a cozy and comfortable environment throughout my stay.
The cleanliness of the hotel truly stood out to me, reflecting their high standards and attention to detail. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring that...
Thankful for our stay here. The hotel has very nice staff and clean accommodations. The area is safe and has many nice shops and restaurants and cafes. It is also walking distance to the major sites. Public transport is nearby but very quiet inside the rooms. We will recommend to our friends and family.
Dirrely needs an elevator, and the area can be loud, but it’s very clean and the staff was excellent! Walking distance from city central and the duomo, lots of food nearby. School of music across street sounds lovely.
No smart TV. No coffee maker in the room. Bed was very uncomfortable. Sheets were like using drapes to sleep with. No laundry facilities. No breakfast. No exercise room. No nothing. We will not be returning.
For the price it is about right.
Nothing wrong with the Hotel nor staffs.
Just needs a major reno but where do you start ....

Quick stay for one ivernight also. For this price ok, as the city is expencive. Only several people were staying there, silent and cosy sleep.
The restaurants can be easy outside very close for different wallet. different stores are also here. Good to go to Milano centrale - 20 minutes maximum. Big luggage can creatie problems - pedestrian area's are small with bad surface conditions sometimes. But...
Very convenient location with everything just at the door step, supermarket, McDonald, metro station etc and not far from Central Station. The room is clean and quiet, with a small balcony. Free breakfast of croissants and cakes, quite delicious. If there were tea/coffee making facility in the room, would be even more excellent. Anyway, enjoyed the stay very much.
We had a very pleasant stay at this 3-star hotel near Milan’s Central Station and metro. The location is excellent 👌🏻 with many halal restaurants, good food options, and shops nearby. The reception is open 24/7, and the staff were helpful and friendly especially the guy (I don’t know his name)—the girl at the desk was welcoming too. Our room was clean with plenty of towels, and breakfast included fresh...
Everyone at the hotel was very kind. It's a compact, easy-to-use hotel, and very clean. I highly recommend it!
An ok place for one night. Felt warm without AC but only a large electrical fan. A few mosquitoes around in the room, to be noted.
The staff was working hard to maintain this place, who also served the hot beverages manually at breakfast.
Hotel Dorè is a great hotel. It is a relatively small hotel of very high-quality in the center of Milano, close to Milano Centrale, at the Metro Loreto. The location is ideal for tourists and business persons alike - for location, facility and professional manner. The area is on a small, quiet street off of one of the principal shopping streets, Corso Buenos Aires which connects on foot or via metro...

The location was good, near to station and walkable to near stores , reception are very responsive, room is a good size for a solo traveller too. All in all my trip was good hotel is perfect
The elevator was broken, but other than that, everything was fine. For Milan, the price was definitely cheap.
The location is brilliant, the welcome very friendly,
the reception area artistically designed and very appealing.
The room is clean and has everything you need.
The bathroom is too small and slippery, which could be dangerous for guests! I suggest they provide non-slip mats. Also, the hotel elevator requires climbing stairs to access, which is very inconvenient for travelers!
Arrived early and pleasantly surprised they gave me a room. The lift access is small, but can be accepted. Total value for money.
This hotel has a great location; it's convenient for getting anywhere. The subway station is just a 5-minute walk away, and it's also very close to the central train station, making airport access quite smooth. The basic facilities are decent, with everything you need, although the rooms aren't very spacious and the amenities are a bit dated. Overall, it's pretty good and offers great value for money...

Milan is beautiful, and the hotel has a great location with convenient subway access. The hotel is clean and hygienic. The service is good and the staff are very friendly. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!
I had a very pleasant stay at City 20 Hotel in Milan. The hotel is modern, essential in style, and very comfortable. The hotel room was small, but at least it had air conditioning and a small refrigerator. I didn't really like the surrounding area; I felt a bit unsafe at night. I didn't see any breakfast or coffee available, but there's a great coffee shop nearby.
This is a Chinese-run hotel with excellent service, almost like the service in China.
The receptionist was very helpful; he called a taxi for us and even found the chocolate we forgot to bring.

The room was very comfortable and quiet with toasty warm carpeted floors and pretty furniture. The service and food were outstanding for the breakfast and coffee bar. Kind and considerate staff and beautiful property with walkable. Great location to amazing historical sights and shopping.
The room was very comfortable and easy to access, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was super, super nice, welcoming and helpful. Price was obviously steep, but the location is 1 minute from Santa Maria delle Grazie, where Leonardo's Cenacolo is, and close to the metro to go to the airport, so it was definitely worth it.
The team is amazing, smile, happiness,…. The heat in the room is a little bit high and it is not adjustable. Anyway this hote is perfect with great location close to M1 and train station.
Weak Wi-Fi, the room was warm, ac not working
Fabulous room and fabulous breakfast! Would stay here again.
The staff was wonderful, very helpful and very patient. The location was ideal; close to transportation and walkable to most places we wanted to go. The rooms are all on a courtyard, so quite quiet. We will certainly book here again the next time we are in Milan.

The room was quite basic. Nothing special. The sewage pump is too noisy.
Hotel was really close to the metro station, it was really clean and the people really helpful!
Can get the train in SUSA, here is most near to the hotel.
Receptionist is good, let us check in early (around 11:30am) so we can have shower before go out (after our long flight)
My stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience.
The hotel is located in a great, safe neighborhood with excellent transport links. The metro is just a short walk away, and from there it’s only about 15 minutes to the city center. It also takes just 15 minutes by tram to reach the train station.
To enter the hotel, you need to ring the intercom, and the door will be opened for you immediately. Then...
The room was extremely small. Was almost not able to turn around, but I guess for 1 night it did the trick. Walls are very thin and I was able to hear the room next door which had noisy girls who were playing music and talking loud. So you could hear everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Not too far from the city center, it's about a 4-stop metro ride or a 45-minute walk to the Duomo. There's a medium-sized Carrefour just a two-minute walk away, and the Line 4 metro station entrance is a five-minute walk. The room itself is tiny, but the bathroom is surprisingly spacious. The room was small but comfortable. The beds were also small but comfortable. No frills hotel but clean and with helpful staff near the train station, approx 10 min walk. Would stay again.
They upgraded me to a larger room.
The location was also great.
There was no kettle, so I asked the receptionist and they prepared hot water for me, which was very helpful!
Mainly selected the hotel due to its proximity from Milano Centrale station, about 10 minutes walk, and the good reviews for a 2-3 star type hotel. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast had good variety. Location might not be the best, but I had no issues. Lots of food options nearby. On Saturday, there's a farmers market on the street next to the hotel.
Convenient location. Clean room. However, the towels and beddings smell of old and dirty linen. I hope they can address this. Staff at the reception (at night) could be more polite — we asked if we could have packed breakfast as we leave early for a day trip the next morning and was was told they won’t and “not their fault” we leave early. He could have been more polite with his response. But when...
We had a very nice stay, clean room and good breakfast. I would suggest adding a kettle and a refrigerator to the room.
Good value

Not far from San siro stadium, was convenient after watching football game
Room was noisy, can hear the neighbour and noise from the street
Hotel is well priced, approx 10mins walk to the closest metro station.
Hotel staff has been very friendly and helpful during our stay.
Very nice room, good breakfast and very good location just 20 min walk to San Siro and very good price.
There's a bus stop right downstairs. We bought a 3-day pass for €15.50 per person, which allowed unlimited travel on both the metro and buses. Getting to Lotto station, for Malpensa Airport, was also very convenient – just two or three stops away. European cities are generally quite compact.
Pro : there is a grocery store downstairs which is convenient
Con : tiny lift could only fit 2 pax with 2 luggages
overall value for money for it's good location & price.
Perfectly situated near local attractions and restaurants. We loved being able to explore everything on foot

After reading the previous reviews I didn't have high hopes. The room was clean and the shower ok. Location is great. I didn't have breakfast. It wasn't as bad as the reviews made it to be.
I highly recommend this hotel in the city center. The rooms are small and very nice, with all the comforts. The breakfast is excellent, with homemade cakes, croissants, savory options, and a wide variety of other items. Don't listen to the negative reviews written by idiots! Next time we visit Milan, we'll definitely stay at this hotel again.
I had a very nice stay for the price. The room was clean, the service was very friendly, and the homemade cakes for breakfast were delicious. The hotel is located in a seemingly local and authentic area, very relaxed and with locals going about their daily routines. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. I was lucky in that they provided a free breakfast.
I opted for the modern (assuming recently renovated) room when booking. It was a nice room, the staff were friendly and the location was good. It was a little confusing finding it when I first arrived as you need to ring the buzzer to access the gated entrance before going through the courtyard and upto the first floor to reception, it could do with being a bit clearer.
Cleanliness and helpfulness. Just 20 meters from the subway, convenient for reaching the city center in 10 minutes. Paid parking next to the hotel. Discounted parking for guests. Highly recommended.
I stayed one night at this hotel in Milan. My single room met my needs. Everything was perfect, located in a prime area of Milan, a 10-minute walk from the modern and charming City Life district. I will definitely consider this hotel for a future stay, even a longer one, in Milan.

Nice cosy Hotel in relation to its price - we paid 35 € what is literally nothing.
Additionally, we forgot our iPhone in the hotel and they found it and send it immediately back to Germany. Great service, great price and the standard is also quite good for its price.
Best
It's pretty average, but it looks a little dated. Comfortable enough for a night. Near some pretty good places, close to transport.
Very small bed, very small elevator, the good part was the breakfast.
Was only in our hotel at night to sleep and shower as we were out all day, a decent affordable hotel in Milan, very friendly and helpful staff, and decent room size for 2 people, only slight negative is that the shower is a bit small, apart from that its very close to Lambrate metro station, and has a very nice bakery round the corner from hotel, and is about 20 mins walk away from central Milan.
Good location. The location is not far from the centre, just 20min or so in the metro. Rooms are ok, i wish the bathrooms are more cleaner. There are tiny mold spot on the bathroom walls.

An amazing hotel! High value for money and even more beautiful! Everything in the hotel is top-of-the-line, and the whole place exudes an old-money vibe. Very kind staff, cozy and spacious room. Clean hotel in a good location (5min from the metro stop)
The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful, but the room was very basic and the surrounding areas weren't the most desirable. There was quite a bit of noise during the night from people outside and in the rooms both beside and above ours. Location is excellent and less than 3 min walkj g disrance to Central Station. Room is clean and spacious. Only suggestion is to provide hair conditioning for guests.
