You're in the city center in a 30-minute walk or a 6-minute ride on public transport. There are cafes nearby for breakfast, and a Carrefour is right on the corner. In our room, the first day, there was a towel on the floor because the air conditioning was leaking, but they fixed it without any problem on the second day. There's a bus stop right downstairs. We bought a 3-day pass for €15.50 per person, which allowed unlimited travel on both the metro and buses. Getting to Lotto station, for Malpensa Airport, was also very convenient – just two or three stops away. European cities are generally quite compact.

I had a very nice stay for the price. The room was clean, the service was very friendly, and the homemade cakes for breakfast were delicious. I opted for the modern (assuming recently renovated) room when booking. It was a nice room, the staff were friendly and the location was good. It was a little confusing finding it when I first arrived as you need to ring the buzzer to access the gated entrance before going through the courtyard and upto the first floor to reception, it could do with being a bit clearer.

It’s a small family 3 star hotel. But it’s 4 star hotel for me as it was so clean, it has such a good staff and owners. The only problem that the hotel is a bit far from city center.
