The room was very clean and the Wi-Fi speed was excellent. The only minor issue was that the bed was a bit small. Also, the surrounding transportation and amenities weren't super convenient. Overall, I'd still recommend it!

Very helpful staff at reception, spoke fluent English which helped me a lot.  Absolute amazing view of the San Siro football stadium, and an American Diner 3 metres next to the hotel.   Double bed was huge and comfortable, shower and toilet very clean.  All very efficient and again, amazing view.

The facilities are good, and it's right next to San Siro Stadium, but the front desk and restaurant service were just so-so.

It was quite far away from the centre and we arrived at night and had to walk through the stadium area with no one around but it felt quite safe. The breakfast was great and they did well for gluten free. hotel room clean and comfy. A good stay- Milan is beautiful

Overall satisfied but expected cleaner or fresher bedding. Rooms have pure sound isolation so heard all noises from the corridor, especially late evening and night time. The hotel is in a great location and is very close to Chinatown, with a metro station nearby, so it’s really convenient. However, it was extremely noisy at night. There was partying right below the hotel with very very very loud music, and I couldn’t fall asleep at all. You can also hear noise from the corridor, so the soundproofing is horrible!

Overall this was a value for money experience. The room was clean and spacious, I would like to have a little fridge though. The personnel was polite and helpful. This was the perfect hotel for our stay in Milan. Reasonably priced and clean. It located about a 6 minute walk from the metro and is 20 minutes from the airport. When I made a mistake with my booking dates, they were super accommodating and able to help me change them. We were also provided a crib for our baby. There is a very pretty terrace and the front desk staff were very pleasant. Highly recommend

Direct train from Malpensa airport to cardona station, then a 10-15 min walk.Walking from cardona station with lots of luggage can be difficult. Staff were lovely and the room was very clean and comfortable. Was quite a maze to get to the room or you had to dial to be let in to go the shorter way. You could also hear everything in the hallway like it was in your room.

There was no signage externally so I walked around for 10 minutes looking for the place and eventually had to ring the hotel to find out where it was.

The shower partition had a leak. Water got all over the bathroom floor. We put multiple towels down to ensure it did not spread too much. Other than that, comfortable room, good friendly staff.

Very nice room, very cool and well air conditioned, very peaceful and quiet, only issue was the WiFi that kept cutting out which was extremely annoying as I ended up burning through my data unnecessarily.

The in-house helped us to contact taxi. There is free tea but the plastic cup they provided is not fit for hot tea.

The low rating is because we could not check in at the accomodation itself. After having booked we received an e-mail that we should check in at a reception of another accomodation in a different part of Milan and from there will get a transport to our accomodation. That was not very conveniant.

The hotel environment is great, and the front desk staff are fluent in English and provide attentive service. You can take bus 81 directly to and from the hotel and Milan Central Station. Luggage can be stored for free at the front desk, and they even offer free coffee! There are also many small restaurants and Asian eateries nearby.

Facilities: The facilities are very new. Cleanliness: Excellent hygiene conditions, underfloor heating throughout the house. Service: The front desk staff are warm and attentive.
