This was a place to stay for our visit to QC Terme. A short walk provides access to the metro and multiple food options

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was next to the Irish Pub and the favorite hangout for locals. The room was quiet, safe and comfortable.

The hotel is just enough to stay for one night. Minimum effort in room interior, noisy air conditioning. And not comfortable bathroom. But clean, and fresh.

Meals are included, the rooms are clean, and the surroundings are quiet. I think this price is good for this location. I recommend it. There are supermarkets and other stores nearby.

The room was cleaned and towels were changed every day. The reception is open 24 hours, which is very convenient. Breakfasts are very tasty and filling, buffet style (pastries, omelettes, vegetables, drinks) - I recommend adding. We stayed in room 14, on the first floor - there is a terrace that you can go to directly from the room (in the photo). I highly recommend the hotel.

I loved this little hotel, nice room with a comfortable bed a large bathroom with rainfall shower and a nice balcony looking over a garden, excellent breakfast too. I would highly recommend it.

The hotel is located not far from the train station. Good breakfast, the room is clean, the plumbing is new. They put cola, fanta and water in the fridge👍 The only downside is that the Wi-Fi is weak

Everything was really very good. The rooms are clean, the hotel is nears transportation and the staff are so kind.

The rooms were very nice, the bathrooms big enough, and the breakfast ample. They had nice pastries and tea. The location is central to many restaurants with a lot of activity into the night. It felt safe and walkable. They helped us arrange a taxi to the train station. The hotel smelled heavenly with their mass of jasmine in bloom.

Great boutique hotel at the banks of the canal. Can be noisy at night so make sure to get a garden-view room. Location is not too central so take this into account. The coffee at breakfast was too lukewarm, but the food itself was great with good variety. Overall we had a very nice stay there.

I did not get the premium room with two twin beds, that i originally booked. We got another room instead. Orherwise, i would still book there again:100 feet from bolivar metro, safe area, great staff at front desk, good breakfast.

5 Stars! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The front desk staff were really great and really helpful. My room was comfortable and just the right size for me. They have a great breakfast selection, and the dining area has a really great ambience. There’s a metro stop mere feet away (blue line), and there’s also a tram about a 5-minute walk away. I would gladly come back and stay here again!

Great location highly recommend affordable price

The room is small, the bed is small, the water in the bathroom is hot enough, but the water pressure is high and sharp, which hurts my face. This is a good improvement. Overall, it is clean and the bed is good for sleeping.

Good day to all! I have only positive impressions from my stay in Milan in this hotel. The room is clean, everything is modest, the furniture is new. The staff is attentive. The location from the Duomo is about 25 minutes walk ... but at the same time you take a walk around this interesting city ... to Novilia is also 20-25 minutes walk. The area is pleasant and quiet. I did not take breakfast ......

The location is superb, making it easy to get to any part of the city. The staff are friendly, and it's clean and quiet. There was always hot water. Towels were changed and the room was cleaned daily.

Run by Chinese owners, the lady at the front desk was very nice. The soundproofing in the hotel is extremely poor. It's probably on par with the most basic budget hotels in China, or even an old, run-down house. It's okay for a one-night stopover.

Really close to central railway station. Warm room (what I found uncommon in Italy and very pleasant for me). Room had a small cosy balcony with beautiful view. Warm floors in the bathroom 😍. Breakfast costed me only 8 euro and for this price it was more than good. In total it is great value for money.

A clean hotel near Milano Centrale, standard quality you see at hotels nearby Italian railway stations. The location is great both for trains/Metro and reaching Milan airport. The buses stop right opposite the hotel entrance. There're several hotels in the same building but the signage is good and it is easy to find the entrance/hotel.

Wonderful hotel in an excellent location! The train station is just a few minutes' walk away!!!! For the airport, there's also a bus stop right across from the hotel; it costs €10 and takes an hour to Malpensa!!!! The hotel stands out for its quality, and the rooms are very large, comfortable, and clean!!! Our stay was delightful, and we would definitely choose it again. We highly recommend it!!!

This is a nice place but you should be aware to photo in their website is the Central station. Hotel is on the third floor of a building across the station. That's a nice clean hotel. I loved it.

Located near Piazza Loreto, very close to the train station (within walking distance), it's convenient for getting around. The bed is large, and the room is warm, but the lighting is dim.

The front desk staff was very friendly. They even arranged a room for us when we arrived early. They also enthusiastically helped us resolve the issue of finding the wrong floor. The room was clean, and the facilities were acceptable. The only problem was that the room was quite small, and the elevator was quite cramped. It was only suitable for two people with two suitcases. No more space.

The quilt is not a complete one; it consists of two layers of sheets and a quilt core. The environment is quite old, and even the curtains are only a thin layer. Half of the windows receive no sunlight, making the room very dim and damp. There isn't even a bottle of drinking water, but the reception was very warm and the service attitude was excellent.

We stayed here for 3 nights in late March . When we arrived the staff were attentive and took our bags to the room. It's about a 7-minute walk from Milan Train Station and about a 5-minute walk from Lima Station on Metro Line 1. Farm Local Market and Today Nomad Market are nearby, making it convenient for getting around. I enjoyed the breakfast while looking out at the garden and the cute dog. The elevator, which only lifted my luggage, was also nice. They even made coffee for breakfast, and I had a wonderful stay

Hotel very clean, staff friendly and coffee great!

The bathroom was filthy and had clearly not been properly cleaned in a long time. There was pink grime (normally Serratia bacteria) growing all over the tiles and the piece of string which was holding up the handheld shower head, there was visible limescale which had not been cleaned away. In addition the "rain" shower head was so poorly maintained it sprayed water upwards on the ceiling and the walls...

The staff was fantastic - they made us feel welcomed and at home straightaway, we were given a room which was the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 kids, clean. Breakfast was lovely. Location very convenient to visit family who lives nearby.

When planning my trip, I chose this hotel in Milan. Unfortunately, circumstances turned out so that I couldn't get there on this trip. A clean hotel in a safe area outside city centre yet close to the main train station. The hotel is well renovated, but the only issue is that the doors are secured with an old school lock and key (not a smart card). The room’s area was quite decent for a single person. I would like to add that the hairdryer was big,super powerful and good ( unlike those cheap small one).
