Hotel Kennedy in Milan

The worst hotels i have ever been, it took us 20 extra euro when we got there and gave us the workers room. Only location was good

Worst hotel I've ever slept in, and I slept in a lot of hostels in my life. Everything is unclean and the atmosphere is just like a prison, but for 100 EUR a night. Just don't.

I don’t recommend! There was a foul bad smell from the bathroom drainers! They were renovating at the same time we were staying there and they were watching us from the windows while they were working. There wasn’t conditioner in the rooms. We stayed there for 2 nights and wanted to change the room and we paid extra cause it had own bathroom and it was the only room that had (conditioner) so we payed extra money, but then after we payed at the reception they said ”oh we made a mistake it’s not avalible” and they never returned the extra money. There was coffee available but mill wasn’t.

I'm speechless. After booking, they asked me for a copy of my payment card and a copy of my ID to accept the reservation. Without any further request or communication, I went to the hotel on May 6th. Incredibly, I was turned away because there was no reservation in my name. Having no other option, I tried to insist, showing the email I sent and the email I received, which told me I had to send the documents listed above to accept the reservation (which I then duly did). Result? 0. The room wasn't available, and when I insisted, they offered me a double for €300, which was triple the price I had booked. I had to spend the night at the station. Disgusting!!! Highly not recommended. P.S.: They charged me the €100 even though it's still being processed. I just hope they don't take legal action.

10-square-meter room… Dirty, tiny bathroom with excessive noise… Useless windows that you could hear the entire street, no heating in November… Call it a hotel?! They should be checked or fined, because in the heart of Milan, something like this is a pure disgrace.

Aggressive and abusive manager/owner. Hotels dot com kindly tried to reason with them with no avail. The receptionist did the best he could however. Not recommended at all.

There is no number of negative adjectives to describe this place which claims to be called a hotel. Starting from the lift which could barely hold two of us, to get to the room presented with misleading photos. A nauseating smell of sewage, that hovered throughout the room, bathroom without vents and without bidet. Dirt everywhere, rooms with shared bathrooms and noises everywhere. I hope that this structure is controlled and sanctioned, even better closed. We ran away as soon as we realized where we were. It's a shame that situations of this magnitude exist in our country.
