Ok stay, no more. Excellent service by the lovely staff made it worth while and the room was nice and the hotel is very clean. However, the beds are small, both narrow and short, especially for my son who is 2 meters tall. I thought parking was on the premises, it is not, and directions to parking are not clear from the booking site. Corridors etc are very worn and there are plastic plants everywhere. No facilities apart from the reception, which does have super cheap drinks on offer. quite noisy location. Breakfast around the corner in a cafe. Remember to ask for everything otherwise they don't give it to you.

Thankful for our stay here. The hotel has very nice staff and clean accommodations. The area is safe and has many nice shops and restaurants and cafes. It is also walking distance to the major sites. Public transport is nearby but very quiet inside the rooms. We will recommend to our friends and family.

Dirrely needs an elevator, and the area can be loud, but it’s very clean and the staff was excellent! Walking distance from city central and the duomo, lots of food nearby. School of music across street sounds lovely.

No smart TV. No coffee maker in the room. Bed was very uncomfortable. Sheets were like using drapes to sleep with. No laundry facilities. No breakfast. No exercise room. No nothing. We will not be returning.

For the price it is about right.
Nothing wrong with the Hotel nor staffs.
Just needs a major reno but where do you start ....

The room looks antique and classic, with European-style facilities, clean, good environment, and friendly service. We were charged 4 euros per person for two people to enter, and another 20 euros for check-out in the morning. I don’t know what the fee is?

They don’t have their own Parking garage. The window of our room was closed and could not be opened so we couldn’t see outside. It would have been better if the rooms are not that old fashioned. Should have been moderned a bit more. they don’t have elevators which creates a problem for the transportation of big luggages.

In short I’m not really satisfied staying there.
