First off, the front desk service was terrible! Especially the white woman with short hair and cat-eye glasses. When we needed to use the restroom during check-in, she told us to go to the building across the street. We found that really strange, so we asked other hotel staff and found out there's a restroom right in the hotel's basement. Plus, we could have checked in at 12:00 PM, but she deliberately made us wait until 2:00 PM.

Secondly, the room window couldn't be opened, making the whole room feel stuffy. It's ridiculous to pay 2000 for such a run-down hotel! We had no choice since it was during the Winter Olympics, but this definitely wasn't worth 2000 RMB!

Very well located in front of central station, it will be even more perfect if I can do early check in, and hope they can prepare the water boiler in the room in order to make the tea with hot water or cook some instant noodles when you don’t want to go out in the freezing night as I tried to dial 9 to bring the water boiler but no one is answering so the phone!

And the cleaning lady forgot to clean away the towel of the previous customer ( maybe it’s because it was hanged behind the door) which never happened before

I stayed there two times already. Extremely close to the Milano Central station to perfect for its purpose inside the central station that are various supermarkets and small shopping mall and a very nice food market and the place is very nice.

Excellent location with a fantastic view! The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive, even providing recommendations for nearby shops and restaurants. They were also very helpful and responsive in resolving an issue with my room. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Milan.

Unfortunately, my stay at Glam Milano was very disappointing.

The room temperature was around 27°C throughout the night, and despite air conditioning being listed as an amenity, no effective cooling was available. I contacted reception multiple times and was told the heating would be turned off, but this never happened. The room remained uncomfortably hot and made proper rest impossible.

I arrived late at night after a 16-hour long-haul flight and had no realistic alternative but to stay, despite the conditions. To make matters worse, I was also required to pay an additional fee on arrival, which felt unacceptable given the circumstances.

A hotel at this price point should be able to regulate room temperature properly or at least resolve issues when guests raise them. The lack of solution, combined with poor handling of complaints, significantly impacted my stay.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values comfort, rest, or responsive service.

location of this hotel is superb which is just a walking distance to milano centrale 😍 lots of halal restaurants around the area. The hotel room was big and cozy. will definitely stay here again if we come to milan.

A small €6 meal turned into €10 (€3 soft drink + €1 service charge). If you want to charge more, just charge more, don't trick people with low deceptive prices. Poor business practice and food was average.

Great staff, great food, although my friend is gluten intolerant, they said they can make the food gluten free, but 100% it wasn’t, my friend felt really sick after dinner
