Big clean hotel, bed was VERY big and comfortable but the brekfast didn’t had a many choises for 4* every day was exactly same… shame…. :/
amazing hotel with wonderful staff. thank you!!!!!!!!!!!
We were at the beginning of May in this hotel and everything was in its place, the rooms were neat and clean, the toilet too. The rooms have a lot of light and are spacious. The hotel staff was pleasant. The only complaint is that the WiFi connection is weak.
Went to the Christmas Markets, this was a lovely hotel. Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful.
We are dinner both nights in the restaurant, really lovely food. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants a quick stay over. I'll definitely return.
Quadruple rooms had only one window which hardly provided any fresh air and overlooked dirty, broken delivery pallets and a piece of neglected lawn and bushes. AC did not work, shower door was not mounted to anything at the top and kept falling off the track every time you tried to move it. On the bright side, breakfasts were delicious with a great selection of food, both salty and sweet kinds. Staff...

The hotel very close to Metro station
Could seen sunrise at it's terrace.
The swimming pool and sauna looks clean.
And the staff very helpful and polite
The location was great, right in front of Lima Station, which was very convenient. The pool was about 20m long, though it didn't seem to be heated. Breakfast was decent and satisfying. The staff were also very friendly!
Lovely hotel. The location was very good and convenient. The room was very clean and spacious. Easy to do daytrips in and around Milan 🙌🏼 they also let us do early check-in since we arrived before lunch
Close to metro,Very convenient ,Swimming Pool and Sauna are good,Breakfast are good also
The transportation is very convenient, I will choose to stay here again next time.
Every time I visit Italy, I stay here. It's conveniently located, the hotel service is excellent, and it offers great value for money.

Yh really enjoyed the stay hotel was actually really clean and amazing staff where really helpful aswell. I came to Milan mainly to visit lake como so it was only a 3 day trip but one thing about me I need a good bed to sleep in so i don’t feel, and the bed was really comfy
Everything else is good except the parking issue. Advertised as free parking but has only a handful of parking spaces available whilst there is a huge parking lot that is paid parking. Collecting my checked-in from the locker room takes a century because there is only one person manning the front desk who also handles guests' luggage.
Food not great, the pool is far from ideal and the rooms on the ground floor are a night mare as you can hear everything happening in the corridor / other rooms. To give the overall fair view, beds are very comfortable, the staff is very helpful and the airport is very close (Linate).
Hi, the daily park fee was 20 euro. I stayed less than 24 hours there but paid each of my leavings. Total 28.50 euro. I see the first time here this kind of parking policy.
Despite being close to the airport this didn't feel like an airport hotel, there is a good design creating a nice ambiance. Staff provided a good service. We were travelling back to the UK and this was a convenient stop, the parking was easy and the location is close to the motorway network. There were quite a few people like us using this as a stopping point travelling between Italy and north of the...
Good air conditioning. Large, comfortable room. European-style shower with very deep bath tub, no shower curtain. Could be difficult for some to get into tub. Great service from staff. Good restaurant. Large grounds near pool.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. A great stay overall.
The hotel's location is great, just a 15-minute walk from the train station, with a commercial street and many restaurants nearby. The staff were very accommodating, always offering to help with luggage, and overall, my stay was quite comfortable.
Great location, good check-in experience.
I looked at a bunch of hotels in Milan for New Year's Eve, and this one has a great location. Even though the hotel is a bit older, the service was really good, and the breakfast was delicious, definitely catering to Chinese tastes.
The service is pretty good; you can ask the front desk to help you book tickets. This saves you from having to queue up yourself today.
We were very satisfied with our stay. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to be right in the middle of the action near Milano Centrale. The rooms were clean, the service was friendly everything was great.
Thank you for everything and warm regards from Germany :)

It was okay, but you can't compare it to hotels of the same price point back home in China.
It was my friend's birthday during our stay, and the hotel thoughtfully surprised us with chocolates to celebrate. Toothbrushes were provided, which was a nice touch. The place was very clean, and the hotel restaurant stayed open quite late. Excellent service overall.
The hotel is located right in the center, very easy to get to, and there's a metro nearby. The room was very cold; they were trying to save money. The breakfast was very meager for 36 euros. There are plenty of cafes around.
The lobby service was excellent. This time, I drove to Milan, and parking in this historic European city was a real hassle. Google Maps led me to the hotel's back entrance where I was supposed to unload my luggage. I had so much luggage that I couldn't possibly carry it all by myself. Driving back to the hotel's front entrance was a long detour that took 20 minutes. I parked and ran into the hotel...
While room cleanliness and location were adequate, this stay was ruined by a serious safety incident and appalling customer service.
At 1:00 AM, fire alarms sounded throughout the hotel. For 15 minutes, I called reception seeking clarification about whether this was an emergency requiring evacuation - no one answered. Zero communication from hotel staff during what could have been a life-threatening...
The hotel was lovely and the service was exceptional; however, we did encounter an issue with the toiletries. The hair conditioner and soap ran out after our first day and had to remind housekeeping to restock them when we got back to our hotel room at 9:00pm

Parking was really convenient, and it wasn't too far from the subway station!
usual Hilton property with quiet rooms. we traveled by Flix bus from Geneva and reached Lampugnano bus stop and took a direct train to this hotel which is situated in north Milan. both Duomo and city centre can be conveniently reached by metro from the hotel. can not comment on breakfast as we had booked room only. the rooms were modern and spacious with comfortable beds. bathroom facilities were good...
The staff is Great, but the system is not, there is water inside the rooms, you should pay each time on the reception desk, also there is no tooth brush as any other hotel, otherwise it's ok, the Metro station is close to the hotel location and the cleanness is good

The hotel has really good service and the staffs are helpful and friendly. However, the location might be far from the attractions. Overall, its still great!
Thanks for the upgrade. The stay was awesome. The hotel is not in the city centre but it's very cost-effective.
My room was dirty, with too much fluffy dirt which spread all over the room.
The bath & basin were not washed after use.
The coffee station & water weren't refilled, I had to continously call reception to ask for refills.
For a 4 star hotel, they must do better
We had an amazing family time at this hotel, the staff went above and beyond to please the children, whom were exhilarated about the pool, fitness, wellness and room service with movie from the bed! Hotel was nice. Room was a good size and a large shower room. The TV didn’t work properly. The gym equipment was a bit old and some of it didn’t function properly. The pool was nice. Breakfast was great.

Gorgeous new hotel. 5 min walk from the metro which is great although the immediate surrounding area doesn't have shops or cafes. There a big shopping plaza district about 12 min walk away. Rooms are nice and thoughtful and staff very friendly.
Highly recommend!
Everything is good except the location is not close to tourist attractions. But the hotel itself is good.

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Milan through Trip.com, without a doubt. There were absolutely no unpleasant surprises. We had a wonderful stay at Grand Visconti Palace. The hotel has a timeless elegance — spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a peaceful atmosphere.
Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were always kind and professional.
The location is great — about a 30-minute walk to the Duomo, or just a few minutes by metro.
It was a short romantic getaway, but we truly felt spoiled. Highly recommend! 💫
1. I was happy with the facilities and cleanliness, but everything in the minibar cost money. The complimentary water bottle was tiny (pic 3), and a bottle at the downstairs bar was 5 Euros (pic 7). Make sure to go down and buy it yourself, as they charge an 8 Euro service fee for delivery, making one bottle 13 Euros.

Great location for the hotel. Although the exterior isn't particularly special, the interior is quite pleasant. Rooms are a good size, and there's a lovely little garden where you can have breakfast.

This hotel was the perfect spot for our one night stay in Milan. Location is perfect to get around the city via the Metro. Staff was very friendly. Room was great for our purposes of needing somewhere to go between sightseeing. Definitely recommend!
Nicely located -- just 5 minutes walk from the Duomo Square. Cafes and restaurants around. The hotel is quite close to the exhibition center, about a 15-minute drive, and they even offer shuttle service with two vans! The room was spacious, but the lighting was a bit too dim. Breakfast options were limited. Due to the Winter Olympics, the hotel price was quite high.
The lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and friendly; she checked me in super fast and even recommended some less-known local spots, helping me avoid the crowds. The breakfast buffet in the morning offered a good variety, with hot congee, steamed buns, and freshly made noodles – it all tasted wonderfully homemade. Plus, the 24-hour self-service laundry room is so practical with its washer-dryer...
No drinking water was provided, but the fridge was full of overpriced drinks and snacks. The front desk asked for my credit card information (card number, security code, etc.) to pay the city tax! It's also very far from the bus stop...
The hotel is decent; the room is spacious and well-equipped, though not as luxurious as depicted in the photos.
