Where to stay in Milan

Big clean hotel, bed was VERY big and comfortable but the brekfast didn’t had a many choises for 4* every day was exactly same… shame…. :/

We were at the beginning of May in this hotel and everything was in its place, the rooms were neat and clean, the toilet too. The rooms have a lot of light and are spacious. The hotel staff was pleasant. The only complaint is that the WiFi connection is weak.

Went to the Christmas Markets, this was a lovely hotel. Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. We are dinner both nights in the restaurant, really lovely food. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants a quick stay over. I'll definitely return.

Quadruple rooms had only one window which hardly provided any fresh air and overlooked dirty, broken delivery pallets and a piece of neglected lawn and bushes. AC did not work, shower door was not mounted to anything at the top and kept falling off the track every time you tried to move it. Everything else is good except the parking issue. Advertised as free parking but has only a handful of parking spaces available whilst there is a huge parking lot that is paid parking. Collecting my checked-in from the locker room takes a century because there is only one person manning the front desk who also handles guests' luggage.

Food not great, the pool is far from ideal and the rooms on the ground floor are a night mare as you can hear everything happening in the corridor / other rooms. To give the overall fair view, beds are very comfortable, the staff is very helpful and the airport is very close (Linate).

Hi, the daily park fee was 20 euro. I stayed less than 24 hours there but paid each of my leavings. Total 28.50 euro. I see the first time here this kind of parking policy.

I looked at a bunch of hotels in Milan for New Year's Eve, and this one has a great location. Even though the hotel is a bit older, the service was really good, and the breakfast was delicious, definitely catering to Chinese tastes.

It was okay, but you can't compare it to hotels of the same price point back home in China.

It was my friend's birthday during our stay, and the hotel thoughtfully surprised us with chocolates to celebrate. Toothbrushes were provided, which was a nice touch. The place was very clean, and the hotel restaurant stayed open quite late. Excellent service overall.

The hotel was lovely and the service was exceptional; however, we did encounter an issue with the toiletries. The hair conditioner and soap ran out after our first day and had to remind housekeeping to restock them when we got back to our hotel room at 9:00pm

I stayed in a corner room with two glass walls, and even the bathroom had a window that could be opened, which I was very pleased with. I stayed there two times already. Extremely close to the Milano Central station to perfect for its purpose inside the central station that are various supermarkets and small shopping mall and a very nice food market and the place is very nice.

Unfortunately, my stay at Glam Milano was very disappointing. The room temperature was around 27°C throughout the night, and despite air conditioning being listed as an amenity, no effective cooling was available. Everything you would expect from a Four Seasons and more! The location is prime. The staff could not have been more friendly or more accommodating. The hotel is beautifully decorated, and has an amazing history. It was a former convent. They have a fabulous spa and restaurants.

Decent five star hotel with their own parking but rooms are a bit small. The area also feels a little rough.

It was great hotel however there were some loud noises in our room. They offered to change the room later. Overall it is great place as they have an amazing rooftop and gym. Food and breakfast is spectacular. Rooms can feel too dark at night.
