Room was on the small side for double bed 2x occupancy with a small shower.
Location is nice. The hotel smells clean all the time.
You can sometimes hear noises/voices from outside or around. Mattress was very good.
Breakfast was pretty good.
The hotel staff are very helpful, they booked several taxis for us
Great location. Right beside Tricolore Metro, straight from the airport. 20 minute walk to Duomo Cathedral. Courtesy water fountain at reception would be nice. But all in all a good hotel for a short stay.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating to speaking English. Location is walkable to city attractions and metro. Close to many restaurants and shops.
The surrounding areas were great! Very walkable. Lots to do and shop. The room at the Bianca Maria was very very small even for European standards. Shower was tiny, my husband almost didn’t fit. Best part of hotel was the staff and breakfast. I would recommend
Great property but location is away from key attractions
Very central, cute but quiet hotel. We slept excellent in the cozy beds and dark, well air-conditioned and quiet rooms, eventhough I am not a good sleeper. Rooms are small but all you need for a city trip, bath room is modern with plenty of space for your shampoo, make up etc. has a shower/bath tub and bidet. Gym has excellent modern expensive techno gym equipment and wasn’t really used by other guests...

The hotel staff are very nice and supportive, but the overall experience needs major improvement, there are several areas that could benefit from improvement.
Firstly, the room's lighting was inadequate, making it difficult to create a comfortable atmosphere. Enhancing the toilet facilities would also significantly improve guest comfort and satisfaction. Additionally, I found the elevator quite small...
The hotel has a fantastic location, right opposite Sforza Castle and adjacent to Sempionni Park, perfect for jogging. Shania at the front desk was very attentive, responsible, and patient. The only downside was that the white male staff member on night duty was extremely impatient and even somewhat rude.
I has a very pleasant stay one night stay. The room was clean and had all sorts of amenities. The bed was extra comfy! I would recommend this hotel and will come back soon!
Very nice hotel in a great location. Their reception staff were very friendly and also worked diligently to get all 6 of our rooms ready for an early check in. Even though they were full, they were clearing and cleaning rooms starting right at 9am and got everyone into their rooms by around 10:30am.
My one small grip was that the shower drain was slow. But the room was clean, light-filled and spacious...
I really enjoyed my stay at UNA Cusani Milano. The staff was very efficient, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was just perfect.
The only minor downsides were the very small elevator, the carpets in the hallways, and the bathtub in the bathroom, which often caused water to spill on the floor, creating a risk of slipping.
Other than that, everything was great — a truly perfect experience...
The hotel is in a perfect location. The rooms are clean, comfortable surprisingly very very quiet and the air conditioner is amazing i had the best sleep there. The breakfast is great with lots of options. The restaurant of the hotel serves lunch and dinner I strongly recommend eating there. One of the best pasta vongole I've had. The staff from the reception staff to the dining staff and the house...

Stay here for 1 night. Dont have free parking. Comfortable. Nothing to talk about
The room was large and everything seemed OK at first glance. Then it turned out that the rooms were so thin that you could hear a vibrating cell phone somewhere in the other room. The windows were not soundproof and I could hear the tram half the night. In addition, you couldn't darken the room. But that only became clear when we wanted to leave the room - there are small switches in the window frames...
Small rooms
Hygiene needs some serious efforts
The location is far from the real Milan
Breakfast I'd very limited but delicious
Surprisingly modern, clean, well equipped hotel. Really no other choice if your takes you to Ospedale San Raffaele.
Simple rooms but hospital-level standards of cleanliness! Probably the cleanest room I have ever visited! Very quiet too, could have heard a pin drop. Breakfast excellent for veggies and vegans (soy and oat milk available). Staff friendly and professional.
Very clean hotel, well located if you need to go to the San Raffaele hospital located opposite, 5 minutes walk away. Courteous staff, cozy, comfortable and clean room. I didn't try the restaurant, nor the breakfast.

the breakfast is great with a lot o choice. the location is good near subways
The surrounding amenities are great, making life very convenient.
This hotel is very old, and the facilities feel like they are from a long time ago. The phone is also broken. The decoration is very dark.
The room is large, but there are too many mirrors, which makes people feel unsafe.
Stayed here for 3 nights. Central location with tram stop right outside which took us wherever we wanted in the city so easy. Hotel itself was lovely room was spacious, bed was large and comfortable breakfast included at bistro next door. Highly recommend.
The staff was all very nice. But unfortunately the room looked freshly renovated but everything is just cheaply done. The toilet flushing didn’t really work and water runs all the time. The bed is very hard, not comfortable at all. The room smells like cheap fragrance. The breakfast looks good on the pictures but the hot water was lukewarm. They don’t have soy milk. The staff started putting things...
Location is excellent, tram and metro nearby, room was large enough, shower a bit crowded, i didn't like the pillows, too large and not fluffy . breakfast was good, large variety and service was good. For gluten free minimal variety.

Good staff and clean room. Overall good experience
The location is perfect, the train station and subway station are very easy to access as well as restaurants and stores. The street didn't feel that safe though, so I wouldn't necessarily recommend walking alone at night. The staff was very friendly except the gentleman at the reception. The entire hotel was very clean, including the rooms but it would definitely need an upgrade machine wise. We had...
Excellent. Yes, it is small but very good. For one person, short business travel is perfect
4.5 stars!!!
Rooms are clean and spacious! ( toilets are hugeee but the bed is a whee small). Around a 10 min walk from

Environment: Safe and quiet neighborhood.
Facilities: A bit old-fashioned.
Service: Good.
Cleanliness: Good.
Breakfast was excellent!
The hotel is modern and the room is comfortable. However, considering the price, the functionality of some services, like the elevator, should be reviewed. The breakfast isn't fully satisfying either, though it's not bad. The panoramic view from the top-floor bistro is really pleasant.
The carpet in the room was a bit old. I got allergies from the dust. But overall the room was fine.
In case you want to park the car at the hotel, they will ask to keep your car key. The gentleman who moved our car was not so careful. He made a scratch at the wheel. Luckily, I bought full coverage for my rental car.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were big and clean. The breakfast was ok, though it was missing 1 or 2 things. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great. It's quite close to the city centre. They is also a tram line close to the hotel and the metro station is just few minutes away. We will definitely come back. The service was also nice. I highly recommend.
Very nice! Overall quality of rooms, hallways even smelt nice, lovely downstairs breakfast area, central location, close to public transport, lovely tree-lined area in front. Just really good tbh, would come again 👍
We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Nasco in Milan. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any request, which made the atmosphere warm and inviting. The breakfast was solid and comparatively generous for an Italian city hotel, offering a good variety to start the day. The...
Very friendly staff at the reception and the bellman. I have got a good impression of the bellman who came to our car to bring our luggage and waited at the entrance of the garage to guide us to park. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.
Very nice hotel.
Breakfast good choice, however a bit chaotic when busy and staff a little unfriendly. No system as to if you were staying at the hotel. Only one coffee machine 😜
Despite us not wanting towels changed on a daily basis to save the environment (we were only there for 3 nights) and a notice telling us what to do, they were changed.
Otherwise we would stay there again.
Easy access to centre...
The hotel is not big, of course most hotels in Europe are like this. I recommend a suite. I booked a double room at first, but it was too small for two men and I had a lot of luggage on a business trip. In the end, I spent 75 euros a night to upgrade to a suite. I recommend a suite for business trips. It won’t cost much more if you book early on Ctrip.

The room was clean and tidy. It's less than 200 meters from Milan Central Station, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was cleaned around 9:00 AM, which was very prompt. Breakfast was quite ample and tasted good too.
Good location and easy access. Fit for travellers
Very close to Milan Central Station, just a 4-stop metro ride to the Duomo. The front desk staff were friendly and gentlemanly, making me feel very welcome. The room was clean and tidy, and despite being so close to the station, there wasn't much noise, so I had a great night's sleep.
Booked this hotel through Ctrip based on reviews and points. The stay was great. It's right next to Milan Central Station, making it super convenient for getting around by metro or bus. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable.
This hotel has good hygiene, and the front desk service is also great. The breakfast is quite unique and delicious. The room is spacious, and its proximity to Milan Central Station is very convenient for traveling anywhere by train or subway.
The hotel's location right next to Milan Central Station is incredibly convenient for transportation. The front desk staff provided excellent service, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The only thing to be aware of is that there's a restaurant nearby that scams tourists, so it's best to avoid eating at any restaurants directly around the hotel.

Good standard of hotel. Comfortable and clean just nothing special. I did not try the breakfast but I looked well stocked. I don’t know about the art work or the decor though.
Good value for the price. The metro station Porta Romana is just around the corner and then it’s only 2 stops to the Duomo. The rooms are classic and very clean. The only downside is a pretty noisy air conditioner that somehow turns on during the night automatically. The breakfast is nice with different options every day. The service and cleaning is great.
Good hotel, very clean, especially given not carpet in room, so much more hygienic.
It is value for money! Located in a vibrant area of Milan, connected to the rest of the city with many transport options, inc tram, bus etc. I was a solo traveller, stayed for two nights. Nice lobby with breakfast room and bar for afternoon. Pleasant staff and accommodating. Spacious room and bath. Clean. Comfy bed.
Overall good stay - room is clean and amenities well prepared. Towel provided was sufficient and thick. Friendly reception with luggage storage after checkout.

Great location, very close to the cathedral, but the facilities are a bit old. The heating was super strong, I woke up in the middle of the night feeling too hot. The breakfast was delicious 😋 so, so, so good! I'd still recommend it, it's just that with the Winter Olympics approaching, the prices are very high.
Strategically located, basic stay but worth the price if you need a place to stay without much fanciness
Excellent location! The steak at the lobby restaurant was delicious, and the room was great!
Overall service is good, especially the porter.
Room can add a kettle or some complimentary tea bags or coffee capsule.

I wasn’t a fan of this hotel mainly due to the fact that I was put in a room right next to the lobby entrance which was very noisy also the way that the room has been laid out while very minimalist is totally impractical especially when you try and have a shower. Hostel-level quality, the room facilities are very old, and the hygiene is poor with stubborn stains on the toilet seat. On the positive side, the disposable cups were individually wrapped, and they provided a shower cap and body lotion. The service was good, but the front desk staff's English wasn't great.
We love the food and the restaurant. The room is small, but clean and bed is hard. And is far from train or bus.
I booked late and was on a budget, so the single room was tiny – just barely enough space.

I think this hotel is pretty good, only about a five or six-minute walk from Milan Central Station! If you don't have too much luggage, you can easily walk there.

I was in Italy for a business trip, and Milan was my transit hub, making it super convenient to get to Turin, Verona, and Venice. This hotel was a great choice for everything except one minor drawback: it's a bit far from the metro station, about a 15-minute walk. However, bus route 42 goes directly to the train station, and routes 43 and 81 pass through the city center. Overall, I'm satisfied.
The location is far from the city center and quite remote, with no restaurants within 1 km. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and the front desk service wasn't great.
Hotel is modern, but dated a bit. Could use some refreshment from paint on the walls etc.
The receptionist who was working when I got there was unpleasant and also asked for some private data that I nhad to report to my bank the same day. For security reasons.
Gladly other receptionists that I saw next day were nice and kind.
The room was clean, but the shower. It was both old and dirty. This is unacceptable...
